The company has not been picking up the trash at my house regularly for years I call and speak with customer service and they tell me that the driver reports that the can is not at the road My service day has been Thursdays for about years and it is always out the night before they are scheduled to come, because they stop at my house around 5:30am There are times I don't put it out, because I don't have anything to pick up, but those times I never complain When I have a missed pick up, they still don't come and get the rubbish and they refuse to issue a credit on my statement I am fed up with the poor customer service when I call the number and get someone in a "call center" who promises to resolve my issues and escalate the matter, but it is still an issue nearly years later The service is terrible, promises of response and follow up are unfulfilled The option to change service providers in my area non-existent because it's too rural This has gone past the point

The customer has a valid contract that doesn't expire until 8/1/ A copy of the contract is attached Our local Account Manager spoke with the customer and informed him that the business was still under contract, but that we would work with them on pricing and service level adjustments There is no contract from April 9th The customer added service on 4/9/12, that additional service becomes part of the existing contract per the terms and conditions.Republic Services is still willing to work with the customer to come to mutually agreeable pricing and service levels.Thank you

I started trash service with Republic for one container when I bought my houseIn January of I called and requested a second container be added to my account, because I needed the extra capacityMy bill shows this container deliveredThe billing was not set up correctly, and from that point on I began to get charged approximately $ [redacted] dollars quarterly AND approximately $ [redacted] monthly, for the same serviceI was being charged as if I had three containers instead of It took me quite a while to realize this, and when I called originally around end of June 2017, Republic denied there was an issueI cancelled my account as a resultI have a "completed services" transaction history for 6/27/that shows Republic picking up THREE trash cans after I cancelled my account, even though I've never had three cans at any pointAfter I cancelled my account, and removed automatic billing, I still got charged $ [redacted] for Jul/Aug/Sept, which is since that time finally been refunded to meHow
