Unlike some customers, I did receive my order quickly. However, the shirt I ordered didn't fit right. I needed to return it for a Refund. I did as stated on their website, by sending an email to get further instructions. Sent one on July 13, 2020. With no prompt response, I sent another on the 16th. Nope, they took my money and ran!! DO NOT BUY something from Republican Legion (or roll the dice period) if you think you'll need to return it! If I had known how sketchy this company was I wouldn't have bothered, I'd try to find the product elsewhere. 3 stars for the other products I liked. NO Customer Service Provided- 0 Stars!!

Bad product the first and second time.
6 months or so ago I ordered a shirt. All the seems fell out first washing. I paid a girl to sew it back up, Then the color ran. So I ordered another of the same. This one showed up, different mfg. But, only 2 of the 3 colors were silk screened on. No reply after 3 emails. Filed a dispute with my credit card co. Will not order from them again. Too bad, cool shirt designs.

Failed to deliver complete order after two months. Zero response to multiple email requests for a refund. No phone calls answered.
I placed an order on 4/09/2020 for $59.46, including tax and shipping. My Visa credit card was billed immediately, but no tracking number or automated order confirmation was received from this vendor at that time. I sent an email on 4/18/20 requesting a status on my order, and received a reply stating my products were backordered and were due to arrive and be shipped on 4/20/20. I sent another email inquiry on 5/03/20, as I still had not received any product nor an order confirmation email. I received a brief reply stating my package was "damaged by UPS" and was being returned to them to be repacked and reshipped. I sent an email request for a full refund on 5/17/2020, as literally none of my order had been delivered. Zero response from the vendor, and no answer at their phone number. On 5/22/2020 I finally received an order tracking email and order number (#RL-XXXXXX), with notice that my full order had shipped - they completely ignored my prior refund request. My package arrived via USPS (not UPS) on 5/26, at which point I discovered that only $12.95 of my order had been shipped (face masks only). The remaining $49.95 had not been shipped. I sent emails on 5/26/2020 and 5/28/2020 asking for a refund on the remaining $49.95 of product they failed to deliver. Zero response from the vendor. There are numerous recent Facebook and Google reviews from individuals who are experiencing similar issues with no responses received. The Facebook and Instragram accounts for the Republican Legion continue to be updated almost daily, so they obviously have no problem still taking customers' money and pretending to be open for business. This vendor is either criminal or grossly incompetent.

I placed an order with this Dallas, Georgia online company over a month ago. They processed my order only by billing my credit card, but have yet to deliver the goods, or return any of my many emails to them.

Order # RL-XXXXXX KN95/N95 Mask.
I ordered the KN95/N95 mask from Republican Legion on April 4th 2020. About 10 days later I received a package of the cheaper throw-a-away masks. I contacted RL and was told to keep those and the right mask would be sent the next week. Since then I have contacted RL numerous times. As of the last 2 weeks they have stopped responding to my requests. It is now May 19th 2020.

2 orders yet to be delivered. Contacted them 5x. No response.
First Order RL-XXXXXX, placed 4-5-20 is stuck in "pre shipping" per USPS tracking (i.e. USPS has NOT received item yet. I have contacted Rep. Leg. 4-29-20 (online form), 5-4-20 (email), and 5-8-20 (email). No response.

Second Order RL-XXXXXX, placed 4-17-20 is stuck in "processing" at least as of
4-29-20. Still in "processing" as of 5-8-20. Sent email to them on 5-8-20.
