later. We sent a check that very same week, which has now cleared, so it must have been received and cashed/deposited. We are deeply sorry that this happened, it's just one of those things that fell through the cracks while we had this unreliable foreman employed here. But again, he has been let go. Please let us know if there's anything further we can or should do to settle this complaint and preserve our business reputation. Thank you.

Review: I own [redacted], a [redacted] gas station in [redacted].

On March *, 2015, we allowed one of their drivers come in and fuel up his truck believing that the card being used was a "[redacted]" (which we accept) After fuleing up @ $183.00 and the card wouldn't go thru, when we looked at it it was a "[redacted]", which we are not authorized to process. We immediately called their office and they asked if they could send up payment becuase the driver had no other means of paying for his fuel. We said ok and immediately sent them a bill that day. We called them again for payment on March [redacted]. talked to [redacted] and she said she would check into it and call us back, she never called us.

I sent her an email that same day, no response. On April [redacted] we spoke to [redacted], he said to send him a copy of Invoice and would put a check in the mail. Haven't received or heard from him since. On April [redacted] I tried calling, no room for messages, sent both of them emails and they bounced back. I also called the 800# on line and spoke to [redacted], who was very rude to me, said he would look into it and I sent them an email to their on-line email. As of today, April [redacted], no check.Desired Settlement: I want my money!! Certified funds because I do not trust them sending me a check, it will probably bounce!!! I am a small company and can't afford to have people pay me.
