I received a sales call from this companyI am on the Colorado no call list and they violated the law by calling meWhen I confronted them about this they just hung up on meWhen I called back they had a very rude man take over the call and state that they do not have to abide by any no call list but would take me off of there no call listAll companies have to abide by the law

Okay it is Friday and I am beginning to feel that I'll never get my money refunded It doesn't take a week to write a check Please advise..*** ***

Our office will be in contact with the customer today and will make arrangements for another technician or the owner to examine the area for any potential mold issues, at the customer's convenience. The technician involved with the complaint has been given additional training to rectify this
problem in the future. We recognize the inconvenience this situation has caused our customer and apologize

Regarding dispute/complaint number ***:As of 12/16/the issue has not been resolved The business responded with a letter stating that they would refund $200.00, and that a check would be sent on Monday, December 8, It is now Tuesday, December 16, I have not received this check I realize it may take longer since we are in the Holiday season, but nevertheless, the issue is not yet resolved since I have yet to receive the check Thank you

I was contacted this afternoon by the owner of the organization, and have setup an appointment for him to come to my home to evaluate my complaint and has proposed a course of reparative action *** I have agreed to.
I am not contacting you today to ask to say my dispute is 'settled', but just to update the complaint in *** the company has made contact with me and a plan is in place to address my complaintIt is yet to be seen if this plan will be to my satisfaction, though I am hopeful

I received a sales call from this company. I am on the Colorado no call list and they violated the law by calling me. When I confronted them about this they just hung up on me. When I called back they had a very rude man take over the call and state that they do not have to abide by any no call list but would take me off of there no call list. All companies have to abide by the law.

As of this date 2-19-2015 I haven't received a check for $220.00 from Request Carpet.  I am extremely upset, this has taken too long.  I demand payment in full

I had these folks clean my carpet in January, 2016 and was very happy with that first experience. At that time, they offered me a "deal", if I paid $299.95 (instead of the $189 quoted) they would include a second cleaning within 6 months, so I took them up on it.

They send a different young fellow out for this second cleaning and it was an entirely different experience! First of all, he spent 80% of his time on his phone, using just one hand to work with and when he wasn't on his phone, he was bragging on and on about all his experience, how good he was and how much he knew . . . it was actually annoying and I eventually just turned him out. I was also pretty disgusted with his "dress" - when he bent over, he showed over half of his bare butt - not a comfortable situation for me, being a woman. He was later than we had planned and it took him longer than he told me it would (I'm sure because he was so busy on his phone) and I had an appointment I had to hurry off to, but when he left, the carpet was so wet, that water was seeping up between my toes when I walked on it. It was literally "soaked". I should have called immediately and had someone come back out and pull that water out of the carpet, but I couldn't get out of my appointment. I got home later than evening . . . 9 -10 hours later and the carpet was still so wet, it got my pants soaking wet when I knelt on it to try and put plastic under my wood furniture legs. He also totally missed about 2 feet at the far end of one room because his hose didn't quite reach and I guess he didn't want to move his tank because he couldn't do that and talk on his phone at the same time. There were two "dirt" spots he didn't get up as well. The next morning, my carpet was still very wet so I had to cancel client appointments I had scheduled here as I couldn't put my furniture back in place and didn't want people walking around on wet carpet. But there's more . . . he poured the "dirty water" into my sink and the fuzz/lint of the carpet clogged up my disposal and that was a chore to get cleaned out and fixed!
I called and talked to the owner and all he could offer me was to have this man come back and "fix" things. I didn't want him back in my home - just wasn't comfortable with that but he said that was all he could do. I asked him to refund half of what I had paid for the two cleanings and he told me I paid in January and this was a "free cleaning". That is NOT correct . . . if I had just paid for one, it would have been around $180. This was a "special" for two cleanings.

I would NOT recommend doing business with this company. They don't take care of their customers appropriately and pretty much left me with a MESS!
