The business gave their response to Revdex.com via phone.Lance called from the business he said he feels the brake work was done properly to the consumer's vehicle, Lance said just to move forward with this matter he would agree to a $refund to the consumer, not because he believes the work wasn't
done but because of the accident caused to the consumer's vehicle by his business and because he was not involved to know everything that was discussed between the consumer and his employee JohnLance agreed to leave the check for the consumer to pick up and said he no longer wishes to do business with the consumer

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me.  *Revdex.com called the consumer to discuss the offer made by the business, the consumer accepted the $240.00 offer and said he would pick the check up from the business by 5:00 pm today. The consumer said the refund does resolve his matter.
