ReRevive Cream Reviews (%countItem)

I have asked for company to stop charging my bank account, I did not even receive the product the last 2 times charged.
Immediately after my initial trial, Rerevive cream company charged my bank account $89.97 on 10/8/2019. I called to tell them to cancel my subscription. Instead, they charged my account another $87.35 on 10/11/2019 (I did not receive any more product, just charged $87.35). Then on 11/12/2019, I was again charged $87.35 and did not receive any product. I cannot believe a company is allowed to steal from the American public like this. The only product I received was the initial shipment, and the product is worthless. However, I did keep it and try it, so even though they advertise 100% satisfaction, I would at least like my account to be refunded for the 10/11/2019 and the 11/12/2019 charges to my account. I have not received any more charges since the one on 11/12/2019, but I want to make sure my account is indeed cancelled and I will not have any further charges to my account.

Desired Outcome

Since I kept the initial trial product to try it out, even though they advertise 100% satisfaction, I would at least like my account to be refunded for the 10/11/2019 and the 11/12/2019 charges to my account. I have not received any more charges since the one on 11/12/2019, but I want to make sure my account is indeed cancelled and I will not have any further charges to my account.

Our company strives to make sure that our customers are 100% satisfied, so we take consumer complaints very seriously. Before customers commit to our 14 day free trial, our customers have to affirm and acknowledge the terms & conditions for our autoship program by marking the T&C check-boxes.

According to our records, the customer ordered our face cream on a 14 day trial basis back on 12/09/2018 and paid the shipping and handling fee of $4.95. The trial expired on 12/27/2018 and due to the fact that our customer did not contact us to cancel their trial they were subsequently charged for the original shipment on 12/27/2018: $89.97 for the face cream. The following month on, 01/22/2019 the autoship program took effect and the customer was charged $89.97 for the face cream and shipped out another product. Please note that we have not charged the customer for $30 as stated in the complaint.

The customer contacted our Customer Service on 01/29/2019 and requested for the subscription to be cancelled, which we did. However, due to the confusion we will go ahead and refund the customer $89.97 charged on 01/22/2019 for the face cream. Please be advised, we believe the customer has us confused with another merchant, with respects to the $30 charge. We advise the customer to call the number associated to the to the charge on his statement. Here is the refund confirmation:

$89.97 Trans ID:XXXXXXXXXX dated 02/08/2019.

I ordered a "free trial" early August 2018 for Regenix Lifting Serum and Regenix Moisturizer in the amount of $4.95 and $4.90 respectively. I received the samples and thought no more about the transaction. I received a shipment in late September again containing the two above-referred to products that included only a packing slip with no receipt. I did not order these items. I suspected that I had been scammed and, sure enough, in looking at my credit card statement, I was billed two different times in four different transactions for a total of $350+!!!! I contacted the so-called Customer Service number on the packing slip that left me on unending hold with no one answering my call. I then emailed my demand for my money and authorization to return the items to the email address on the packing slip. I received a response advising me to contact them at a different customer service number. Upon calling that number, the agent advised me that I had not canceled within the time limit and they were legally authorized to bill me. I wholeheartedly disagreed and advised her that I would deal with this through my credit card company. She advised that since I had agreed to the terms and conditions in accepting the free sample and not canceling within the time limit, the credit card company could not and would not help me. She initially offered a 35% refund and then upped to a 50% refund. Unacceptable. I have filed a dispute with my credit card company.

I ordered a free trial of two cosmetic products for which I never received. Now I am being charged full price, $173.82.
I ordered a free trial of two cosmetic products. I never received the products. I have now been charged a total of $173.82 for the products. I called customer service and was told that I was supposed to call within two weeks of receiving the products to advise that I do not want them. This was not explained when I placed the order in the company's on-line site. Since I didn't receive the order, I also didn't receive this information by mail. The customer service rep told me that the package was delivered per USPS, perhaps it was placed in someone else's mailbox. The rep talked over me as I tried to explain then hung up. I have disputed the charges with my bank.

Desired Outcome

Full refund of all funds.

Thank you for mediating this consumer complaint from our customer, Case Number: XXXXXXXX. Our company strives to make sure that our customers are 100% satisfied, so we take consumer complaints very seriously. We understand the customer concerns, however, we were unable to find the customer within our database. The customer has not provide enough information. Please have the customer provide the order number when placing the order, last name, or last four digits of the card used to place the order. Once this information is provided, we will be more than happy to resolve this issue, thank you very much.

This company like everyone else states is a scam. REGEN-A Ageless Moisturizer. You sign up for a free sample and then 15 days later they charge you $89.97. I never even opened the bottle. There must have been fine print that was too small to read somewhere. When trying to cancel they try to lower the month cost to $20 to keep getting it, but they refuse to refund the $89.97. Why aren't these people shut down?

Was charged for something I didn't agree to purchase
I signed up for a free trial of Regenex age defying lotion and lifting facial serum from Revive company and agreed to pay only for shipping. On January 17th, I was charged $87.35 and $89.97 for the products. When I called the company, they were extremely rude and told me it said if I kept the products for more than a week, I would pay full price. They said this was on the screen where the credit card was put in. I know it wasn't there, because I was afraid this was a scam so I looked it over closely. Nowhere did it say my credit card would be charged for more than the shipping fee. They wouldn't refund my money. I even offered to send back the products.

Desired Outcome

I would like a full refund in the amount of $177.32.

Before customers commit to our 14 day free trial, our customers have to affirm and acknowledge the terms & conditions for our auto ship program by marking the T&C check-boxes.

According to our records, customer ordered our products (the Skin Serum and the Eye Cream) on a 14 day trial basis back on 12/30/2017 and paid the shipping and handling fees of $4.95 and $4.90. The trial expired on 01/15/2018 and due to the fact that our customer did not contact us to cancel their trial they were subsequently charged for the original shipments on 01/15/2018 $89.97 for the Skin Serum and $87.35 for the Eye Cream.

Customer had contacted our Customer Service on 01/24/2018 and requested for the subscription to be cancelled. We immediately granted the request and cancelled the account. Customer then contacted customer service and requested a refund on 06/11/2018. Our Customer Service had issued a courtesy refund of $44.98 for the Skin Serum and $43.67 for the Eye Serum, which the customer accepted.

However, we feel our customers concerns and do apologize for the inconvenience, thus we will be providing the remaining refund of $44.99 for the Skin Serum and
$43.68 for the Eye Serum charged on 06/24/2018.
Here are the refund confirmations:

$44.99 Trans ID:XXXXXXXXXX dated 07/02/2018.

$43.68 Trans ID:XXXXXXXX dated 07/02/2018.

Refunds should reflect on customer's account within 3 to 5 business days. Please relay this information to our customer and feel free to let us know should you have further questions.

Merchant falsely advertised free sample of face cream. Merchant enrolled me in a membership and harged me $89.97 later without my consent.
I ordered a free sample of face cream from merchant, paid only for shipping. Two weeks later merchant charged me $89.97 without my consent. I demanded reimbursement. Merchant said I had initially enrolled in a trial and had agreed to receiving further shipments of the face cream if I did not cancel the membership. I NEVER signed up for a trial nor gave consent to be charged anything further on my credit card. Merchant refused to reimburse me. I never even received the product for $89.97. I demanded to see terms and conditions and my signature giving consent to this "trial membership" and merchant refused to provide it. I never received a confirmation email after ordering the sample that said I was in a trial membership and had to cancel it in order not to be charged. I disputed the charge with Capital One Mastercard. Merchant provided Capital One with documents I'd never seen, including a printout of a window in which I'd allegedly checked a box agreeing to the trial membership. I have never seen this window or page on a web site. I'd ordered the 1 oz. free sample from an ad on Facebook, not a web site. There were not terms or conditions and none provided to me after.

Desired Outcome

When I told Capital One that I was going to report THEM as well as this merchant to the Revdex.com, Capital One agreed to give me a courtesy credit for the amount the merchant charged. So I don't need reimbursement. I want the merchant to reimburse Capital One so they do not make a profit off of the false advertising. They've also committed a crime (theft). I want them charged with credit card fraud.

This company is a scam. Got my address and credit card info somehow and charged my acct twice in the amount of $89.97. Customer service was rude beyond belief. Only offered to refund me $44.98 and made me verbally state that I wouldn't file further disputes......but I am.

This company charges your card multiple times. I was charged even after I had A cancelation number. I was never informed of a cancelation policy.
I received no cancelation information when the trial product arrived. When I saw the unauthorized charge I called and canceled received a confirmation number and then was charged again

Desired Outcome

Charges removed from card and and better proof of cancelation I don't trust them

Customer Response

(The consumer indicated he/she ACCEPTED the response from the business.)
This company supplied no paperwork work with product indicating any cancellation was needed nor any information on how to contact them. I was only aware of the need to cancel when my card was charged and I contacted them as soon as I found a number. Their advertising is very misleading as I found out by looking at the numerous other complaints filed or posted online about their misleading practices. Lesson learned I will never be taken in again. I did not see a proposed resolution. The only way I could get help was from my credit card company. I just hope this company is exposed for what it is a scam.

This re-revive company offered a free sample from Amazon.com, 2017 May, asking for credit card information for shipping charged of $2.99. After I gave a credit card number the shipping fee changed to $6.99 automatically. I felt very uncomfortable, but since a free sample offer, I just let it pay for $6.99 with free shipping. Later on Jun 2017, Upon checking my credit card statement, I found out this company fraudulently charged me twice per month, without my permission of the similar amount of $89.98, and $ 87.97, I open the credit card dispute against these fraudulent charges, returned the second shipment refused to accept, return to sender inside of the post office picture. The company ;lied to Discover that there were a fine print that if I don't stop in 30 days, they will keep charge me after that, but there were no fine print like that at all at the time of the free sample offer! Also saying me that the product was not returned to them. I called the customer service& asked the company web site, they gave me a fertilizer company called revive, then second time I called they gave me a different company: Revive. They don't have ant clear company website! So I searched inter using Google and Yahoo, there were no company website under re-revive. Finally I found YouTube link of rerevive, I clicked it, it went to strange Chinese page w few chines words that I don't understand! I can upload these internet research photos if you ask. Please investigate this fraudulent company and stop them to prey over unaware victims

I tried to send form through website an it would not work. I ordered a free sample from this company and they continued to send product "said I signed up for monthly membership" I called to cancel and "they couldn't find my order not by the order number I had that had just come in the mail. I emailed the company to say I wanted to cancel and they couldn't find my order. No response. I then received another order AGAIN and just called yet this time she could see my two emails and "had no problem finding all my information" and then proceeded to tell me they "do not accept returns" yet on the slip it states "unopened product may be returned". I believe this to be a scam.
I'm called and cancelling my credit card tomorrow and discussing with USAA fraud department.

I can't imagine how many individuals have had similar experience. So frustrating.

Company is a scam & preys on innocent consumers by offering a free "trial" when they charge hundreds with no real company or way to cancel or return.
A few months ago, I received a very aggressive email campaign advertising this "free trial" of this face cream and eye serum. It is called a variety of things, including "Revive," "Femora," and "Regenix," none of which really exist. They even have supposed celebrity endorsers like Christie Brinkley and some winner of Sharktank pushing their products. I clicked on it FOR MORE INFORMATION, not to buy anything. The web site doesn't give more information, except to bully you into giving your CC information for this "free trial" which of course I never received. Then they continue to charge your card outrageous amounts of $97.00 for this non-existent face cream and then $87.00 for non-existent eye serum. They continued to try to charge my card with no information provided. Then, shockingly, when you try to contact the company, the phone number doesn't exist, nor does the email of ***@***.com because I have consistently tried both. The web site has NO fine print or details whatsoever about the BS "membership" they claim you signed up for. This is a predatory, fake company that is preying on innocent consumers with the promise of younger looking skin and eyes, whatever that means. I had to cancel my CC's and also, now I have found that they have hacked into my bank card account and tried to withdraw from that. And I never gave them any info from that account so they are criminals. PLEASE SHUT THEM DOWN. Here is an email that I sent, which of course got kicked back to me because it does NOT exist:

Hello,

My name is *** and I am writing to request you cancel whatever account you think you have with my CC in it. You have been illegally attempting to charge my credit card for products I NEVER RECEIVED. NOT ONLY are you scamming people with your misleading website that does not allow you to back out, read any info on the product, and misleadingly force would be consumers to opt in to a free trial, paying only for shipping and handling. NO WHERE on your site do you have info about the $97.00 price tag for eye serum (?!) and another $87.00 for face cream. (?!) NOT ONLY are you trying to charge my card, which I am disputing, but I didn't order anything and I never received anything from you as it is! I am reporting you to the Revdex.com where I KNOW you have received many complaints as you are a rip off scam artist with *** claims of trials, etc. GO OUT OF BUSINESS before you're forced to by law. Seriously. This is 2017. Most of us know better and for those whom you are clever enough to try to ripoff, it is up to people like us to warn them of your disgusting business tactics. St Petersburg, my ***. More like India where you employ people who make pennies per hour as "Customer Service" agents. Take me off your scam list, and close whatever account you think I opened with you, because I can assure you, I didn't.

Sincerely

Desired Outcome

The resolution I seek is not just for me. It's for every consumer who clicked on their aggressive and fake web page, promising some miracle face cream and serum but delivering nothing. I need them to stop hacking into my accounts to try to take money for something that I not only didn't order from some fake membership or auto renew but never received the free "trial" in the first place. I don't want any trial or anything to do with this ridiculous company- I want them to remove me from their list and delete my CC information from their systems, because they are 100% STEALING from me and from, I suspect, thousands of consumers across the country, or even globally. They need to be stopped and shut down NOW.

I got free trial of Revive moisturizer & serum. I had allergic reaction to product. Company twice made unauthorized charges 2 VISA card total $175.90
re:REVIVE offered a free trial on their moisturizer and serum creams. I expressed concern at first because I have very sensitive skin. They said that after the trial, I can decide if I want to continue. I received the trial product and waited until I had finished my previous *** products. I used it and it produced a rash on my face. Then in about a week, I get an unmarked box from St Petersburg containing more of this product. I went to the Post Office and sent the box back with tracking number XXXXX on 10/13/2017.I checked the tracking and it said that the box was received by the shipper ( I think Hashtag Fulfillment LLC) on Oct. 16 at 12:57pm in St Petersburg, FL 33702.

I then receive my Bank of America VISA statement 10/26/17 and see not one but two charges. The company makes it difficult to discover where the charges are coming from by (1). Sending the products in unmarked brown boxes (2). Showing charges on my credit card statement assigned to what seems like 2 different companies (THEOMET*EYERECLAIM at *** CA) and the other charge only 9 days later from (SKIN HEAL LINE *** NV) (3) In my email I received anotice from ***@***.com with the subject "Your Order Shipped" on 10/31/2017 eventhough the charges for the product were made to my VISA on 10/03/17. As soon as I got this email, I sent an email to them 10/31/17
to say that this was unauthorized and I will return anything that they send to me so don't send it.
I called the first company in CA on 11/6/17 because I had not heard back about the return I made. I then learned that this was a subsciption (I HAD NOT AGREED TO - especially since it hurt my skin). I then called the second company and was told that "my account is closed". Since this is my 1st time to call that company, I knew that the two companies had to be connected eventhough the charges on my VISA were for identical products but different amounts $85.95 and $89.95. Different names of companies, different locations of the customer service, unmarked boxes coming from a third different state...I received these unexpected charges both on the same credit card statement so that I didn't have a chance to contest the 1st one before the 2nd one is already charged.

More details: Purchase Date- unsure in Sept, 2017 online. Product numbers for the 2nd shipment are *** re:revive Cream/Jar and *** re:REVIVE Serum/Pump. Since the 1st shipment was returned without opening fully the box, I don't know if there are different codes for the products that I returned on Oct 16, 2017. Payment made by my VISA Credit Card ending in *** Problem only became apparent when I received my VISA statement that listed the two unauthorized charges totalling $175.90. I called 11/6/2017 to my VISA customer service and complained about the charges.

Desired Outcome

The product can not be used because it hurts my skin in causing a rash on my face. The products were never clearly authorized and the company never reviewed with me that this trial would result in an ongoing subscription with products so exoensive. Calling the customer service numbers were not helpful except that I got my subscription cancelled (I didn't even know that I had one). Resolution by company: Refund of the charges made against me on my VISA card of $175.90 . No further contact with me and NOOO future use of my credit card number.
