I am not sure where to begin, but most of all the staff at the local branch office is hard to work with, disrespectful and rude. When you contact corporate to discuss issues with nursing staff they just [redacted] you off to the branch office which does nothing to fix their problems. I have never know a business to be so disorganized, and doesn't stand behind good quality work. Their training and scheduling process is poor, which these nurses are taking care of sick adults and children who need good care and they get less than good care it's absolutely ridiculous. I have had to personally kick nurses out our house for over dosing my daughter who was 2 at the time with Tylenol because the nurse didn't want to deal with her on the night shift and wanted her to sleep. We have had nurses fall asleep with a pillow and blanket on our couch while being on night shifts, we have nurses that are heavy smokers and my daughter has asthma and upper respiratory issues which has caused her to become sick and be put in the hospital. All in all this agency is a complete joke, they have staff that if it wasn't for my daughter that they take care of would not work for such a worthless company. If you care for your loved ones then I would highly recommend that you find another agency to use!

Good day we inter into a monthly retainer agreement of a $1,000 per month and they (so called cooler products) did not stay on a monthly agreement retainer in fact they did not even pay us he states he paid us through pay pal never received moneys from them ,this is on a contact bases. I have spent over $2,100 in travel expense and after calling and texting still no monthly  payment as he's promised within and our agreement. he broke his contract and my attorney [redacted]: has this is his hands at this time . he just called me last week wanting to send more samples of his newest changed version of his product he ask me again for my address and that was it.This has been close back in your office from 4-15-2016 within Revdex.com this is a close matter to us as well.I been in business 30 years ,you can check FOR YOURSELF  I have never had any complaints EVER..[redacted]Tell us why here...

I am rejecting this response because:Owner [redacted] & [redacted] took my 1000 and  NEVER placed one order for my company Making Life Cooler. He continued to try to get funds from me after assuring me its just a matter of time. After 1 year and thousands of dollars in cash, shipping, product samples I have received ZERO orders through his fraudulent company CJ Produx LLC.

Hello to who this concerns:this case was closed 4 months ago, I never received the contract of 1,000 per month for the his end and he's not being truthful - his the manufacture  we think? he is lying about this he never paid us on his contract.. if anything I have a complaint against him on not up holding his agreements 1,ooo monthly retainer fee to my company-he's scamming the broker network big time please put a stop to this on your end thank you[redacted]

I am rejecting this response because: The simple facts are. I sent him 1000s in free merchandising, 1000 cash through PayPal. Ask him to show any orders he sent to my company. ZERO. As of last week PayPal returned my money from [redacted]. He ignored PayPal the last 21 days and closed hos account after taking my funds.He told me he had orders from the samples I sent. He then said pay me 6k to get the orders, paid him 1000 cash, still no orders, not going to get scammed for 5k more. NOT one order for my merchandise in a year of communiucating. He still tells me it takes time. TOTAL Fraud! Hes a smooth talker and had me going for awhile. The proof is NO orders.

.PayPal reimbursed me, he never responded to their request. He closed his account after taking my money, FYI he opened the account only to get my money
