JC was very friendly, and we discussed my concerns about my mature trees not getting enough water with the old drip systemIn addition, I asked for the price of adding gravel to my dirt driveway
I am very pleased with how quickly JC and his crew came out and replaced the old drip system and assured me there were enough emitters for each tree
Several days later I called and questioned JC about the "lack of wet spots" that were not showing to indicate that the trees were being wateredI only mention this because I would like people to be aware that sometimes things are not as we perceive they should be
JC came over and after explaining a few things which made me feel very foolish; i.e., there were no wet spots because it was not my watering dayIn my perception, I thought the drip system would water every day
So the bottom line is, sometimes we think the problems are caused by the company that did the work, but in reality, it might be because we did not understand the full workings of their work
JC was very polite, and I was very apologetic

I want to apologize for our error while Buddy was boarding with us. I understand your concern about Buddy getting extra vaccines....
Luckily with these vaccines pose no risk to his health. The miscommunication amongst our staff has been addressed. Although our client complaints are never easy to hear, I welcome your feedback. We strive to provide the highest level of care possible and I am saddened to say this did not happen with Buddy.
As a good faith gesture we will not charge you for his 4 nights of boarding. I do understand that you have lost confidence in our level of service and I will use this situation as a training and learning opportunity so that this does not happen again.
