Company was referred by my insurance company, for a roof replacementPeople are very nice and did a good job on the roof, I had asked them to return to fix some minor defects and do a more thorough job of cleaning up, which they did All inspections were passed The problem was in the billing I and my insurance company paid all that was required by the contract, and RESCON promptly cashed the checks I thought all was good, UNTIL TWO MONTHS AFTER COMPLETION, I received a "Notice of Intent to File a Lien" on my property, by certified mail After many calls to the company, it turns out the purchaser of the materials for the roofing job, did not pay for the materials! Followed by a Lien weeks laterRESCON said that is the way they always do business and that they were aware of around such liens at this time!!! I did my part, WHY was I being penalized because RESCON didn't do their part in handling the bills? This company shouldn't be allowed to treat customers this way

This company does not keep their commitments I WOULD NOT TRUST ANYTHING THEY SAY

Rescon is unprofessional, un-caring to customer satisfaction, full of excuses, and have a total lack of leadership and craft men ship
I had water damage to my main bathroom My insurance contacted Rescon for the mitigation work After the mitigation work was complete Rescon started the remodel of the bathroom An employee was sent out for this task The problems started to arise on the installation of the tile When the tile was complete, the floor had rises and dips, the wall tile had budges, did not line up on corners and had exposed cut marks on the edges Around the window, the tile did not line up and on one side an attempt to mask this was made by rounding the grout in these spaces After showing this to the Project Manager, he sent this employee to refinish this job The employee showed up one day and has not showed up since I am now getting the runaround from Rescon and the job is still not complete

I had a small fire in my garage due to faulty wiring My insurance company sent Rescon out to repair the damage At first they were quick when dealing with the smoke damage, but after that, it went downhill fast We would see one or two repairmen come to work on the interior of the garage one or two days a week, then nobody would show up for a week or longer The manager rarely answered his phone or returned calls Once I contacted my insurance company to complain, then he called me Long story short, after two months, their four week job was less than 50% complete and we told our insurance company that we wanted a new contractor One of the project managers called and asked for another chance We gave in and told him we wanted the interior of the garage finished the next day since we had family coming out for Thanksgiving He said he would make it happen, but no one came out the next day (of course) so we had our insurance company hire a new contractor

Mold Issue at homeThey sent a team that mislead us saying they'd get right back to us the next daydays later I called them and went ahead and re-taped the affected room myself as their initial and replacement team didn't have tape that would stick to walls effectivelyTwo more weeks, phone call where caller stated that he'd be out to take care of us, did an estimate and disappearedThe following week received a call stating that they were calling later in the weekWeeks later, insurance agent called and asked if he could close the account as Rescon had completed and received payment for all their servicesI told insurance they hadn't even started or been in contact in weeksHe said call someone elseThey had absolutely remorse when they called back the next week, they seemed relieved

THIS COMPANY DOES NOT KEEP THEIR COMMITMENTS!!
My house suffered hail and wind damage during the recent hail store this summer. I contacted my insurance company, August 11, 2014. They scheduled an appointment and conducted their inspection on Sept 7, 2014. They suggested I contact RESCON, a general contractor. I did contact them. I asked for a schedule as to when they could do the work. I was told three (3) weeks after they looked at the damage. RESCON sent a person to inspect the property on October 8, 2014 (approximately two weeks after I had called to schedule an appointment. The damage was assessed via an on-site inspection on October 8, 2014. I was told I would receive a confirmation e-mail the next day. I did not. I called and finally received the estimate on October 13, 2014. I called to schedule repairs. I was told that someone would return my call the next day. I did not receive a call. I called back the next day and left a voice mail. No returned call. After a week, I called back and left another voice mail. No returned call. I finally called back and talked to a secretary (on or about October 31), and complained about the service and asked when work could be done. I was told that I would be moved to top of list since it had been so long and a company representative was scheduled to meet me on November 6, 2014 at 9:00 am to review work to be done and schedule repairs. The person did show up, but thought this was not an insurance claim. When he realized it was, he became uninterested and said he had to redo the paperwork. He said that it would be 8 weeks before he could schedule the work AFTER another review. I told him that his company had informed me that work could commence three weeks after the inspection, and I asked about weather. He then said they could schedule repairs for next spring!! This company does not keep their commitments. I WOULD NOT TRUST ANYTHING THEY SAY.

Beware of this company. They installed a rolled roof to my property July 2014 and during a recent inspection for hail damage defects in workmanship and subpar materials were discovered. They were contacted and sent one of their inspectors out and I was giving a verbal, with handshake, that the issues would be taken care of.
After several unsuccessful calls to get an answer of when they were going to honor their warranty I contacted my insurance company to see if they could help with some resolution to all the problems.

Bottom line, they will not honor their warranty. My insurance company is now my advocate to get something done as they paid for most of the roofing costs.

If you have roofing needs do not use Rescon. Bottom line, all you get is lip service and nothing else.

Company was referred by my insurance company, for a roof replacement. People are very nice and did a good job on the roof, I had asked them to return to fix some minor defects and do a more thorough job of cleaning up, which they did. All inspections were passed. The problem was in the billing. I and my insurance company paid all that was required by the contract, and RESCON promptly cashed the checks. I thought all was good, UNTIL TWO MONTHS AFTER COMPLETION, I received a "Notice of Intent to File a Lien" on my property, by certified mail. After many calls to the company, it turns out the purchaser of the materials for the roofing job, did not pay for the materials! Followed by a Lien 2 weeks later. RESCON said that is the way they always do business and that they were aware of around 20 such liens at this time!!!
I did my part, WHY was I being penalized because RESCON didn't do their part in handling the bills? This company shouldn't be allowed to treat customers this way

I was a subcontractor for this business for about 5 months. In the beginning, they said that they pay every two weeks for completed jobs. They do not provide any down payment. The contractor packet we filled out states this as well. Within the first month they were unable to keep their payment timeline and said that they would pay with 30 days. Even then it was still extremely difficult to get them to keep their word. By month 5 they were consistently 45-60 days behind on payment and had slipped in a "pay when paid" clause in their sub agreements. We stopped accepting sub agreements from them In the middle of Jan 2015 and are still owed close to 50K as of today. We explained to the owner that suppliers will not extend anyone credit that far out for repair claims. Our suppliers had to file liens on several unsuspecting home owners due to Rescon's failure to pay. Rescon has lied to these homeowners, their insurance companies, and our suppliers stating that they have made payment and that we are the ones not paying our bills. I have been in contact with numerous sub contractors who have had the exact same experience, and have never found one that had a good relationship with Rescon in over a year. They have been confirmed to be out of trust on several of my jobs and it has been confirmed with many other sub contractors as well. We are reporting this company to the Attorney General's office for investigation into these violations of the State trust statutes.

These guys were a nightmare to work with. My first floor flooded, and they managed to make a stressful situation worse. They missed giant sections of the wall when they painted, they installed our flooring incorrectly so the boards are loose (three times, and the third time they NEVER got back with us, so it is still loose), they were (and are) impossible to get in contact with, their flooring guy argued with me when I showed him problems with the floor, they dented our dryer, they installed our dish washer incorrectly so it leaked like crazy, and they installed our faucet backwards (so hot is cold and vice versa). We've still been unable to get our floor fixed, so there is just a section where the boards are loose, and we had to fix the painting they missed. When we filed a complaint with our insurance to get the situation resolved (because they wouldn't contact us) they called and tried to guilt trip us into removing the complaint. The entire situation was just a nightmare.
