I was not able to attend to any customer at the moment that the customer was at the store and did not look at the screen of the deviceFrom what was relayed to me from the other technicians that the screen was defective and was not covered under the warrantyWe may have been able to work something out with the customer but I was not on site at the momentI did speak to her over the phone and asked her to come by at a later time that day and I would personally look at the device and find her information at the store but she did not come by as to my knowledge I am still willing to give a partial refund for any trouble

Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: the phone is brand new and worth $500, dollars, I did receive a call from [redacted] to come in and fix it but he stated that he can only come at certain times of the day, unfortunately do to my work I have not been able to get there but will try to make it soonalso I did come in for an unlock and he had the phone for weeks, and never once stated that the battery or the the light was bad, but I went to come to pick it up , than he came up with the story of the light and batteryalso he stated that he had to take it to another buddy shop to fix it, without consulting me why should I suffer the consequence of phone repair, when the phone was new he Regards, [redacted] ***

Tell us why here...***s phone is ready for pick up and is in working condition with a successful unlockHe stated that he was coming on January 26, at 3:p.mbut he did not come into our establishment to pick up his deviceI contacted him today again about picking up his device via text messageWe will be open till today when ever he has a free momentOur hours are am to pm Monday through Friday, Saturday am to pm, and Sunday pm to pm.As per his phone something we needed to clear upThe device is not a iPhone 5s that was stated in the complaint, it is in fact a iPhone model number *** *** *** silver.Thank you Sincerely, ***

We have contacted *** and he agreed that he would bring the phone back to our location so that we can rectify this inconvenience with his phoneWe made arrangements via text and calling him but he has not yet came by our store.We are willing to repair his phone free of cost. The device
that he brought to us was for a service that we provide that is a unlockWe processed the unlock and our servers where taking longer then originally what was promised to usWe related the info back to our customer and he was accepting and said that he didnt need the device at the moment to take our timeAfter the unlock was completed we tried to charge the device but it was not turning onWe let the device charge over nice and still there was no displayWe tried another battery to test the device and there was a display but it was faint due to the back light being outWe took the phone to another repair store that does this specific repairs and had him repair the back light at no charge to ***The device worked but once reassembled the display did not show back onWe deemed the phone as not repairable*** did call ***ua and explained that it was working but when the device was dropped off there was no charge on the phone so we can not validate if it was or not.We are willing to fix the device to working order or replace it with one that we haveThe phones value is not $and could not reimburse him for that amount seeing the device is no longer priced at that amount and has deminished since he had purchased the phone.Please let us know when he can come by with the device.Thank you***
