We had a sewer backup and called Rescue cesspool to do the service around March 8th, ($543.13), this service was a repeat service which they had seemed to have fixed the first time on Sept 9th ($706.06)On March 8th, they mentioned they did the service and told us not to use the laundry and bath for hrs and leftAfter two days when the shower was used for the first time, the problem repeated and sewer backed up once again in the basement causing a unhygienic conditionIt was as if nothing was done to fix itWhich did not help us as we were unable to use the water right after their serviceWe have not received any refunds in-spite of continued efforts to reach out to the owner over the phoneif they knew there was something else which is causing the backup they needed to let us know on the day of service itselfI had to call another service company again same day on an emergency basis, as I could no longer trust Rescue pool for two failed jobsThe second company ide

This is in response to very unethical claims made by Rescue Cesspool, after charging us twice for emptying the cesspool (bills can be provided for reference).1) Our home is rented to a family of 3 people, so the first claim by Rescue Cesspool about over use of abundant water due to " abnormal amount of people" is FALSE. 2) How can you call charge of 543.13 $ on March * a discount, when you needed to come back to empty the cesspool again within 4 months from your first visit of Nov 2015 to 2nd visit of March 2016? IF THE JOB HAD BEEN DONE CORRECTLY ONE NEEDS CESSPOOL EMPTYING ONLY EVERY 1-1.5 YEAR, NOT IN 4 MONTHS! 3) The second company which had to be called WITHIN 2 DAYS OF RESCUE'S 2ND JOB DATE determined correctly that there was an collapsing issue with the main drain pipe going to cesspool so replaced it and fixed the problem. The only reason we did not call Rescue Cesspool to do the job the third time was, we knew by now that they did not know exactly what the problem was and how to get it fixed. They really had lost our trust by then and knew exactly how they were swindling us of our hard earned money. 4) Our home has 3 occupants, a couple and their high school son, so Rescue Cesspool needs to gets its facts correct first before making wrong deductions that as landlord living out of state we are not aware of how our home is being used. 5) We reached out to Rescue Cesspool several times to let them know that their company worked twice but STILL COULDN't FIX THE PROBLEM and SECOND COMPANY COULD. AFTER CALLING RESCUE CESSPOOL FOR WEEKS AFTER THIS INCIDENCE AND GIVING THEM ENOUGH TIME TO RESPOND, WE HAD NO CHOICE BUT TO REPORT TO Revdex.com.

The reason why the cesspool needed to be done in September of 2015 and March of 2016 is because of the over abundance of water that is used due to the abnormal amount of people that live in the house. For the March *, 2016 service we discounted the service drastically from the last service to try...

and help him out. We snaked out the line and it was not collapsed by any means, whoever told him that certainly pulled the wool over his eyes. He is a landlord who lives in florida and he has no clue what is going on at his rental which is overly loaded with people. After knowing what I know [redacted] is a slumlord who pays no attention to his houses or the tenant situation in them. He obviously did not want to pay for the service and that is why hes making this up. If the problem was not fixed we would of received a call immediately following the service, not a week and a half later. Please accept my response on our behalf. Thank You

Review: I had Rescue Cesspool come to my house on March **, 2015 to pump cesspool and treat with chemicals. Three days later the cesspool overflowed into the house and they refused to come and even look at it-they said it wasn't their problem. I had to call another company to do the same work again.Desired Settlement: I want a full refund

In response to the complaint. The customer had no money to spend they were advised to. Pump more water due to all the snow melting and rain we had recently had. They only had 300 to spend we did our best for that money. Also they are in a high water table area. Our records show no follow up call was made to us and we would never say we would not come back.
