They have been out here twice not by choice but because they are the only ones contracted with [redacted] They do not know what they are doingThey came out here said that we didn't have enough return therefore [redacted] wasn't going to cover us anymoreI had other opinions and they said in fact that we did have enough return but you can never have too much but what we had was goodI opened up the return just so [redacted] would still service usThey come out again months later for something else and when they left we have more problems system not wanting to turn on at allThey told my parents the same thing about the returns so [redacted] will KOT service them until they put in more returnWhen asked if we can pay them to open the return they told me they didn't do that
I'm absolutely appalled at the horrible service that we received from this company. I have never been treated with worse customer service, not only by the tech that came out to our house but BY THE OWNER HIMSELF!! We too had to use this company because it was through our home warranty(NOT because we chose them). The tech that came to our house hardly said 2 words to my husband or I. My husband had to ask for every single piece of information. He finally told us that some coolant had leaked out and added a pound of it back but that there was no leak. Huh????? How does that even work? When we called to tell them there was still a problem and our thermostat kept climbing instead of going down, the secretary just said she would let the technician know. I called back and very firmly told her that we didn't want the same tech back because of his poor customer service and lack of ability. The owner contacted me later, only to argue with me. I explained how his tech was not friendly and hardly spoke to us. He had the audacity to tell me "well my techs don't go out there to chit chat, they're there to do a job." Seriously??!!! He also stated that the tech did his job, and that what was on the service ticket was what he did. He said that due to the heat, there was nothing else they could do. He was rude, interrupted me every time I would speak, and didn't try to resolve the issue at all. He refused to have anyone from his company come back out to properly fix our problem and said he would notify our warranty service to send a different company out. HE NEVER EVEN DID THAT!!! Unbelievable. I have never had anyone that's a business owner treat me with such neglect and disrespect. I will be telling everyone I know to NEVER use this company.

Air conditioner broke late yesterday, called Rescue Air and they had someone out this morning.
[redacted] arrived earlier than on time! He was courteous, Professional, and knowledgeable. He did not try to sell me something I did not need. He fixed the problem with no fuss and even took the time to show me what the problem was and how to help keep this particular problem from happening again! I will definitely be using Rescue Air again in the future for all my air and heating problems! Definitely give them a call for r your air/heat problems!
