Do these people ever follow through with their appointments for clients?? No one answers the phone at main number Had an appointment twice and no follow through What kind of business are they trying to run here?? Do you want the business or not??
I just enrolled and I must say Richard was such a great advisor and helped me throughout all my fears and concernsHe answered all of my questions and even gave me some useful information and I will be forever grateful for Richard! Thank you! Overall great experience and looking forward to freedom in months!!!

Great company to work with Tina Burke was fantastic and work very hard to answer my questions and concerns in a very quick and professional manner She gave me peace of mind from the start and made my process easy to handle and understand Thank you Tina! Even though my debt is my fault, she never once judged me or made me feel belittled Fantastic group to work with
[redacted] the financial consultant from Personal Lending Group was very helpful in getting me started to my financial freedom! I highly recommend him, he made it quite easy!

The process I had with this company, specifically Jesse [redacted] , was so simple that it literally seemed too good to be trueI look forward to utilizing this program and getting my debt under control once again
Rescue One engaged in Bait and Switch with me by tricking me into a debt reduction program rather than what I thought was going to be a loanThey refuse to resolve the problem and are also refusing to communicate with me I was solicited by a company in October for a consolidation loanAs I had maxed out my credit cards and was anticipating getting a mortgage for the house I had been leasing, that seemed to be a quick and efficient way to improve my FICO scores and qualify for a home loanI was not nor had I ever been behind in any paymentMy income was more than sufficient to continue to pay down my credit accountsI believe the company engaged in a bait and switch
I appreciate the services provided by Lisa [redacted] of Rescue One Financial very much She is very thorough, understanding and compassionate it was indeed a very pleasurable experience for me
Bait-and-switch mailer: "CONGRATULATIONS! YOU'VE BEEN PRE-SELECTED FOR A LOAN UP TO $37,500" I need to re-finance and consolidate $24,credit card debt at a lower interest-rate Upon calling the number on the mailer, it was determined that I am ineligible to do that (despite none of my accounts having been delinquent for the last years), but I could enter a Debt Resolution/Reduction Program, which would withhold payments to all my creditors to, in effect, persuade them to settle for partial payments of my outstanding balances This is totally different from what was being promoted by their mailer: "bait-and-switch"
