This company ruined my wheel when they changed my tire due to using the wrong lug nuts I had to pay $to repair the damage caused by Rescue Rangers Robert R***, Manager, stated he would pay me back for the damages I never received payment and the company will not return multiple phone calls I have made trying to resolve this issue

This company does not disclose that it will be a month before you receive your first paycheck. Hence when starting this job you will need about $1500.00 just to start out in fuel that you will consume before receiving the first paycheck. Also the manager who hired me had my interview on a monday, he said I was hired, he had the office run my background check and he had me fill out the important page of the contract and he photo scanned it to the office so they could get me started, [redacted] claimed he could have me go live by thursday and to call him the next day so we could get me trained and going live by thursday mind you he kept repeating that if I was not serious then I needed to leave because I was wasting my time and his because he thought I was sent out by a competitor to see how their operation ran all because I asked if I could possibly supply my own tools. After I asked this he became almost irate and said it was impossible for me to own all of those tools unless I had already done this type of work. Keep in mind all the tools were was, a floor jack, portable air compressor, Breaker bar, portable impact, sockets, gas can, GPS, (the lockout kit was all I would have needed) so then he goes on to say he doesn't need me if I'm just wasting our time because after I called him that morning he had 4 more replies to the [redacted] add and that he was not desperate for employees. I was obviously serious about the job considering my interview took place on the road while he was training another employee which took up two or three hours that day. The next day I call him to get my training started as he had instructed me to do and low and behold [redacted]s phone is off all day long or it would ring a few times and then get sent to voice mail so at that point I was scared because a [redacted] guy was now running around with all my information, ss#, address everything else that comes in signing up for a new job and wonderful I can't get ahold of him so wednesday comes around and spoke to him for a moment and he said he would have the area manager call me because [redacted] was getting ready to leave the state because he is a floater. THURSDAY ended up being my first day of training and tuesday ended up being my first day of work!!!! The job was not worth the stress it was, being on call 24/7, only making $12 a call day or night no matter how far you had to drive, and they never mailed me my magnets, shirts, or stickers finally got the stickers 5 days after starting and that was the day I quit. When I quit because I had finally had enough of the aggravation and the entire time wondering if this was even a real company in a way I got grief from everyone now I am extremely glad I quit because its been a month since I started and almost 3 weeks since I quit and I still have not seen a paycheck and am starting to think I won't so if I would have kept going I figure I would have put $1500.00 in the gas tank up to now and the wear and tear on the car was not even accounted for so DONT WORK FOR THIS COMPANY!!!!!! Im not only broke but there is an untrustworthy person with all my information so I could be looking at a lot more hurt here in the near future and the day I quit [redacted] called and said if I mailed my invoices and contract out the same day then I would get paid by friday if not the next friday at the latex and here we are the next friday at the latest and I'm fit to be tied.

[redacted] roadside assistance arranged for "rescue rangers" to help me when I has a tire blow out on hwy 80 in IL. After waiting an hour the "rescue guy" called to say he couldn't find me so I tried to give him my location but we couldn't get it straight. So a state patrolman had parked behind us so I told the "rescue guy " that the patrolman could give him direction. He didn't want to talk to a cop cause they don't know anything. Anyway got out of my car Iin 8o mph traffic took phone to patrolman. Listened to conversation. "Rescue ranger" told patrolman he wasn't coming and hung up on him! Roadside assistance called me and said "rescue guy" wasn't coming cause the state patrol and ME were rude to him!!! I ended up calling a local towing guy and had to pay out of pocket. "Rescue guy" called me so I had his phone no. patrolman took his number to find out exactly why "rescue guy" didn't want to come help me when a "cop" was there. I hope he got to the bottom of it. How mean was that "rescue guy" to leave a woman stranded on the highway!
