Upon reviewing the response from Mr.C[redacted] , we believe it would be best to have him come back & fix the problem since he did the original work & knows what was done. With this in mind, we would ask that Mr.C[redacted] contact me at [redacted] to schedule when he can come over to complete the repair. Our desire is for this to be completed in the next 45 days or less and no later than January 24 , 2017. We appreciate the prompt reply.

I finished the project and was paid in full several days later mr. [redacted] called me and said as he was sitting on his patio he could see the steps look crooked it...

took me several weeks to get back when I did you could not see with the naked eye but the levels show they were crooked, unfortunately I suffered a stroke and was dealing with complications from that. If mr. [redacted] would like I can get back and fix the problem or give him $150 to have somebody come in and fix it. I will wait for your response. Thank you
