OVER THE YEARS THE CAULK HAS DRYED AND CRACKED AND ION TODAYS TIMES THERAIN BLEW FROM THE REAR CAUSING THE PROBLEM. *** REPORTED TO THE Revdex.com WAS NOT A MALICE ACT BUT ANACT OF PROTECTING HER PROPERTY WITHOUT REGUARD TO LOGIC. RRS DID ANEMERGENY SERVICE REPAIR AFTER WE ALONG WITHHER HUSBAND DETERMINED IT WAS A PRE EXISTING CONDITION. In regards to the complaint I filed in November, my main concern was Rescue Roofing not returning my many phone calls in regards to my roof leaking. At that time I did not know the leak was due to a pre-existing issue and neither did Rescue Roofing. Also the issue was determined to be a caulking issue; however, both my husband as well as the employee from Rescue Roofing who came to fix the caulking agreed that during installation the roofers should have identified this problem and therefore it should have been fixed at that time. Instead the roof installers ignored the problem and never brought it to my atention. If they did bring this problem to my attention, I could have contacted my home owner's insurance and had this included in the claim. The Roof leaking resulted in a brown spot on my ceiling in my family room which I feel Rescue Roofing is responsible for. They did come fix the caulking which I appreciate, but if this problem was not ignored in the first place I would not have a water spot on my ceiling. I do not agree with the complaint being removed because the company acted unprofessional and did a substandard job since they ignored a problem. I also feel that other people should be aware of this before they hire them for a job.
