Our client [redacted] placed on order on Nov 14, 11:43:PM Pacific Time (PT) for $usd.She was contacted via email Nov 16, 10:29:AM (ET) letting her know that we are unable to ship to PO Boxes since we use [redacted] delivery servicesShe responded Wed, Nov 16, at 12:PM with a psychical address of [redacted] Tracy, CA We voided the old shipping label and created a new label that defaulted back to the original PO Box address and was not caught due to simple human error11/16/11:P.M (CT) the package left our spa[redacted] reached out on the 11/25/stating that her package was supposed be delivered, but wasn'tWe asked her to contact [redacted] about that matter.Nov 29, at 5:PM she contacted us and let us know that [redacted] stated the following; the package was held up because of the erroneous PO Box shipping address.I contacted her Nov 30, and let her know that I had the package rerouted through [redacted] to the appropriate address of [redacted] Tracy, CA 95377.The package was delivered on 12/01/4:P.Mto [redacted] Tracy, CA 95377.I have all documentation of email interaction, a transcript of the package tracking and proof of delivery from UPSThe client also wrote negative reviews on our website in attempt to slander our business before the issue was resolvedWe also have had a filter implemented on website that does not allow PO Boxes as a valid shipping address anymore.The product was delivered according on 12/01/by [redacted] after this complaint was filedIf the client has for some reason not actually received the product at this time we will gladly refund her.Sincerely,Michael W***Shop Rescue Spa

I am rejecting this response because:I did finally receive my purchase but find it to be unprofessional about MrMicheal W*** to lie about me posting a negative review on their website to slander their business when I did no such thing Not to mention the person who made the error was MeW*** who by the way ignored my emails regarding my complaint and then finally decides to respond
