Online South Towing came to tow my vehicle, which had died, out of my clients driveway Instead of waiting hours I had to leave, but left the key and instructions, etc Well, they towed it allright, dragged the vehicle while it was still in park right down the clients driveway, shredding my rear tires and leaving skid marks in the driveway When I called them to tell them what happened they denied responsibility, but said they would replace the rear tires out of "the kindness of their hearts." So, I was sent to a used tire place They didn't have right size tires Called Online South again, and they were abusive on phone They sent me to a second place, tires were replaced with old used tires, one of which was flat by the time I got home And now they wont do anything and I have a vehicle dead in my driveway
I parked in front my house (on the side of road) because my roommate was parked in the driveway Since I was in and out so I did not ask my roommate to move the car (she was inside he room)when I came out the house within minutes, I found out there is sticker on my window I called the number the driver showed up and told me it is $for the booting charges When I tried to sign the charges I found out it is $not $and I stopped signing fully and asked why I have to pay $200.00? The driver did not answer my question and asked my cell number and I gave my cell number and found out he already charged me for $ And he said I signed and agreed with charges And I told him I did not
Then he told me I damaged the boot, and I told him I have to keep the boot and reviewed the status And the driver called the office and took several pictures for my car without my permission He said "he is from towing company, he can do whatever he wanted"
