This company continues to call despite my asking not to be called again. Well, the proverbial poop hit the fan this morning. First they called under their official number 866-883-0728, which I have blocked. Within seconds they call again using caller id 608-371-6666, which is NOMOROBO's report line for calls to be blocked. I guess they thought that was really funny. It's not. It is agains FTC and FCC regulations for businesses to SPOOF their phone numbers. Any business that spoof's their number has no ethics and shows poor management oversight. Of course, if management approved the spoofing to get around the blocking, then they deserved to get fined for every call that they made that is spoofed.

I was wanting to check out a business to see if they are legitimate. The business is known as R.D.S. and their business address is 2423 South Orange Avenue #164 in Orlando, Florida 32806 . They require me to pay them a total of 5 $50.00 money orders to participate in a once in a lifetime lucrative business opportunity. That is why I wish you would be kind enough to check them out before I decided to take a chance. Thank you for your time.

Review: I received a letter inviting me to participate in a vehicle evaluation and offering $250.00 if I participated in the evaluation. I submitted the requested information and received a call inviting me to participate in the evaluation on May 17, 2014 at 3;30 P.M. I accepted the invitation and went to the vehicle evaluation on May 17th. I completed the evaluation on May 17, 2014, but I was only compensated $100.00 for my participation. I inquired at the evaluation location about the smaller compensation and was told that someone would call me about this. I did not receive a call from Research Design Specialists. I called Research Design Specialists on Tuesday, May 20, 2014 about the lower compensation I received and was told that I had participated in a different evaluation than the one discussed in the letter and would only be compensated $100.00. No one mentioned the lower compensation amount when I was invited to participate in the evaluation or when I arrived to perform the evaluation. I have the original letter in my possession.Desired Settlement: I want the rest of the compensation offered in the letter, $150.00, for my time and expenses to perform the evaluation.

I am writing in response to the a letter dated June 13, 2014 in regards to Mr. [redacted]. Mr.

[redacted] did participate in one of our vehicle evaluations on Saturday May 17, 2014 in the City of

Coppell and was given a check in the amount of $100 for his participation as our way of saying thank you.

There were two vehicle evaluations occurring at the same time, one did pay a higher amount because

it was much more involved than the study in which Mr. [redacted] participated and included a

pre-appointment project to be completed and returned prior to participation. It was explained to

Mr. [redacted] there were two studies, the one which had openings was less involved and so the

compensation was less. Mr. [redacted] agreed to an was scheduled for the drive study, he was thanked

and paid once he completed the evaluation. He did call our office after his participation, and we

explained to him once again about the two studies and why the compensation was different. Mr.

[redacted] had participated with us in the past, and we are sorry there seems to be some confusion

regarding this particular evaluation. Please do not hesitate to contact me if you have any further

Review: I received an unsolicited advertisement from Research Design Specialists. I went to their website to contact them - to request that my name and address be removed from their mailing list(s) and my name and address not shared with other business'. After filing out the contact form and 'clicking' on send ... it did not go through; the screen that came up said; 'web address can not be found'. I attempted to contact the Company 2 more times in this manner with the same result. Perhaps Revdex.comofAZ can help me with this matter? This is in response to the letter dated July 21, 2014 regarding the inability of [redacted]

[redacted] to contact us via e-mail. This is the first I have heard of an e-mail

problem, and we are looking into it as it might indicate an issue with the server. If [redacted]

[redacted] had called the (800) number on the questionnaire he received we would have

been happy to help him.

A letter will be sent to [redacted] with the phone number he would need to call in order

to be removed from the database of the company we use. Since this an outside

company we are not able to add or remove information, but we do provide the number

to those people who wish to be removed from that database.

As a side note, we respect the privacy of others and would not ever sell or share our database.

Since we have no control as to whether Mr. [redacted] calls to be removed or not we will make an

internal note to not call him for future studies. I trust this will satisfy Mr. [redacted] and

address his concerns. If you have any questions please do not hesitate to contact me.
