We would gladly warranty the base of the humidifier.  This is the part that the plastic piece that broke is a part of, our part number 4732.  The drain spud is part of this base.  Our warranty doesn't cover replacing the entire unit.   Normally the installing contractor would...

assist you with acquiring this part under warranty.  If for some reason they won't assist you, as you can see from our attached warranty page that is found in the owner's manual, we will gladly replace the part.  Please call me directly at *** and we can supply a Return Goods Authorization to return the part directly to us and we will, in turn, send a new one.
