No responds to my payment during four months from their billing department. I have send 325 USD by wire transfer on 2013/12/2.They told me by email that I should allow up to two weeks for my payment to post to my account on 06 Dec 2013.After four weeks for my payment, I send they a copy of the receipt to imform them again to follow up on 1/4/2014.They told me that this information had been forwarded to their billing department to follow up on 07 Jan 2014.I send the information about my payment checked by the China Postal Savings (the actual amount of money arrived ïïï??ï??ïï??ï??314 USD, can be check off at SUN TRUST BANK with the number XXXXXXXXXXXXXXXX ) to them by email on 13 Feb 2014.No repley!I send the information about my payment again asking for reply on 18 Feb 2014.No repley!Two more request on their website.No repley! All emails and the receipt are available.Desired SettlementI send the 325 USD by wire transfer (314 USD arrived, checked by the China Postal Savings later) to my account in AJE to edite my paper.For a long time, the money has not arrived. I payed the cost of my paper by cridite card and was happy with AJE's work on my manuscript. But during the last four months, no message has been given by their billing department. We were able to locate the client's wire transfer payment on April 3rd, and posted it to his account. He had deposited a payment by credit card while he was waiting for the wire transfer to arrive, which we refunded in full. We also provided him with a $20 coupon to use on his next order. In an email sent to us on April 5th, the client confirmed that a credit card refund would resolve his issue and stated that he was happy with the paper that we edited for him. We deeply regret the inconvenience we caused because we were unable to promptly post his wire transfer payment.
