Reseller Dad Prep

Resellerdad.com states on their website that they will re-open (they closed due to Corona virus lock-down) and would resume service on June 1, 2020. However, their email address is no longer operative nor have they taken down their re-openinig notice on their website. It continues to state Resellerdad will re-open on June 1, 2020. There is no phone number or operating email address listed on their website, now.

During the shutdown, I have continued to have my books mailed to the company, since they stated that they would resume services on JUne 1st. And according to ***, ***, ***, and other sellers my books send to Resellerdad have been received. To date, I have approx. 50 or more books that have been sent to Resellerdad with a purchase value of about $485.00. In addition, I have pre-paid for their services which they provide. Currently, there is no way to contact Resellerdad. I would, therefore, not suggest/refer any new customers to sign-up for their services. The company now seems to be runnng a scam operation.

Book Prep service.
I buy books and send them to the prep service so they can approve and clean books then send them to Amazon. I prepay this service .80 a book to prep and ship. I am missing 16 books now that have not been sent to Amazon. I have sent many emails asking them to send my books. I have bought most of my books from Ebay and Amazon. I can track delivery to this service. This service is telling me they have sent the books to Amazon. I have looked through all shipments and none of these books have been shipped. Most of my books that have been missing since Nov and Dec. They are now telling me they never received them. I have the tracking information and these books were received by someone at there business. I have all my records of my shipments and purchases.
There is a total of $558.35 cost of the 16 books.
I have sent numerous emails last response was on Feb 7 2020 no communication since.

Since 01/09/20, I have been in email communication with Tyler V, the Owner of ResellerDad Prep Service, or one of his customer support reps. about obtaining a refund for books lost in their possession. As requested, I provided sales receipts and tracking numbers for five books that were delivered to their business and then lost. The loss was acknowledged and I was told a refund check for $92.73 would be sent. I still have not received a check and no longer get any responses to emails asking if my refund was sent.

Amazon bookseller prep service Resellerdad is fraudulently collecting booksellers' books for personal gain as well as charging for services that they do not perform; specifically: inspecting, listing, and shipping books on behalf of business customers to Amazon warehouses for fulfillment by Amazon. Missed steps in this process has cost me hundreds of dollars in just two months of using their service. In addition to holding books for months without communicating, they refuse to answer emails or phone calls regarding promised services and status of collected books. After 60 days of continual issues with this company, I requested they return all books to me at my address, at a significant cost to my business operation. After two months, I finally received an incomplete shipment. It has been more than three months since I requested return of my books and they continue to hold two of my most expensive books at the resourced cost of $107.88. They have refused to return emails and phone calls or respond to invoices sent in attempts to clear this issue on my account.

I recently sent packages to the company known as Reseller Dad Prep Services. The packages came on January 27. After many days of messaging and even calling to get them to actually label, package and list the products online, I gave up and called UPS to pick up the packages.

Unfortunately, now it turns out UPS needs a tracking number they gave to Reseller Dad Prep. So UPS told me to contact them. Unfortunately, they didn't answer and it's been two days.

Some kind of pressure needs to be put on them because it's not just me. Many people have suffered from their bad customer service. There are virtually no reviews online as the company doesn't seem to be so well known. Note I never actually paid this company because we never even got to that stage.
