Unfortunately this organization has not reached out to us requesting a refund for any service until it was posted here; regrettably we cannot act on these elements if we do not receive an official request to submit to the appropriate teams In addition, the statement that we did not provide services as contracted are not accurate as described Our terms of service provide access to tools of review management and these were provided In addition, our organization does not control the requirements of another organization to attain rankings, however we do advise our customers of these elements when we attain the information Our teams worked diligently to try to attain an effective resolution, with multiple calls a day with this client and unfortunately we could not meet their needs There were no conversations of additional charges as this is not an element of our subscription plan at any level We have worked very hard to help this customer and are sorry we could not attain the resolution they sought due to elements outside of our service; however, we did meet the agreed upon terms for service and went many extra steps to try and assist and educate

I am rejecting this response because:I was contacted by Bridgette from their customer experience department who said I can reach out to her and that they are working on getting details together for a refund, but a big part of the resolution of this complaint is a refund for the year's-worth of billing that was charged after the account should have been canceledThis complaint is not resolved until our bank is credited for the last month's billings.

Good Evening and thank you for your feedback!  I have researched all of our records and there have been no submissions or reports of reviews being fake for this merchant in our ticketing system.  In addition, our team will respond to any voice messages received within 24 hours and note...

this as well in out ticketing system.  There are no records of complaints for this merchant.  If you do have a concern we have an option directly below each review to "Report" this and we will analyze the content and source for any violations of our terms.  Consumers and Merchants alike, equally have the opportunity to report violations of our terms.  Due to the massive amounts of content on our site we cannot have human review of every single review that is posted but do have numerous checks in our system to scan for elements that do violate our terms.After reviewing this merchants site the majority of their reviews are left by Verified Customers which means the consumer received and responded to a survey relating to this merchant.  In fact, less than 3% of their reviews in the past year were posted by consumers coming to our site to leave comments.  This alone can prove testament to the validity of the content.We welcome consumers coming to our site to post their feedback without being prompted via survey.  Additionally, we encourage viewers to report violations to our terms so they can help maintain the meaningful content that is shared.  If you have specific concerns about reviews that are posted  please report them, we will definitely take a look and if there are violations they will be removed. This is something we offer to both consumers and merchants to keep the playing field level!
