On Wednesday, April 3, 2019, I made reservation with Reservations Deals through *** to fly Memphis, TN to Las Vegas on May 25, 2019 and return May 30, 2019. The flight did not offer what I needed. I spoke with someone from the company on that same day, Wednesday(well within the 24 hours deadline to cancel) April 3, and was given a cancellation number of (***).

I made another reservation with *** that same day (Wednesday, April 3, 2019) and was able to get exactly the time and day I wanted. I received confirmation and the time (April 3,2019 @ 11:27 A.M) This was made immediately after I cancelled the first reservation with *** (Reservations Deal).

On the Thursday, April 4, 2019 my credit card was charged and I received emails with a booking number(***) and one with a confirmation number (***). The time and date does not match the time and date I made the reservation. One reservation was sent Thursday, April 4, 2019 at 2:25 P.M. and the other one was sent on Thursday, April 4 at 7:03 A.M.

Since than I've spoken with a representative of the company (Mr. H, ext. ***) and was told they did not have record of the flights. He also told me to cancel my flight with *** because they give refunds and *** do not!I have them all in my emails and printed them out for my record. I was also told that I was being untruthful and did not ask to cancel the *** flight. I was also told by Mr. H that he would listen to the recorded conversation to cancel, however, when asked if he has listened to the recording he said no and would call me when he did. I never heard from him again. Please note the time of these flights did not appear on the forms sent to you, however, if additional info is needed I have the emails and copies.

I am rejecting this response because: It is clear that this business does not want to do the right thing regarding their customers, especially this CUSTOMER! I am at the point of using legal representation to speak on my behalf. This is my last written communication to the business!
