Good evening I received your responds to my email and can assure you that no employee is related or makes any profit from the towing processIf a resident ask an employee to help with the passes we do help them with filling outThey have a resident get towed for an expired pass when the office help fill it but that is allThe tenant that you went to visit may not have asked for a sampleWe do try our hardest to prevent our residents and their guest from being towedAgain we do apologize again and is working to resolve this issue that also means looking into another towing companywe are about to change guest passes that take leg work from the resident

Hi Ms.E [redacted] I am sorry that you have endured this but my company (The Reserve At Hillcrest) Had done everything to help youYour problem lye with [redacted] company NowI reviewed the Tape of that day and see that J [redacted] tried to calm the situation down but as you stated no she is not there to witness what was happening and we can not be liable for their actions nor yourThat isn't fairWe did offer a solution to your problem but what happen when you were there is between you and [redacted] because only you two know what happen

Now your saying the tenant must have not asked for a sample letter. Any tenant out there should not have to ask for a sample letter on how to fill out the pass when you are the one who's running the business. Anyone running any kind of business knows to give their clients or employees proper notification or paperwork so any issue could be prevented. It doesn't make sense if you sent out a sample of the visitor pass filled out which you did not then visitors with that issue,cars wouldn't be getting towed. As a business its very unprofessional and you stated your trying to resolve this issue, resolving the issue would be to get rid of the towing company. Apologizing cant give me $635.00 back because of your business failure to give out proper paper work. You took money from me and my children and probably don't care and that's sad.

Again we do apologize again and is working to resolve this issue that also means looking into another towing company. we are about to change guest passes that take leg work from the resident.
