we delivered opt in direct verticals..we do not pre call the data ,,what is submitted to the publisher we send directly to the client ..we guarantee connectivity provided the buyer submits his predictive disposition report ...the issue of data management is enforce here ,but not recognized by buyer ..we were? transparent on what we were delivering and send a contact stated what we would be delivering ,as well as ,what were the terms and conditions of the agreement ..all sales are final and non refundable ..all products were as is and under no warranties or guarantees other then connectivity..buyer acknowledge and authorized delivery upon payment ...they client had a clear understanding of the items being purchased ..but a clear,, lack ,,of how best to convert ,,which again is a data management issue..after having the case disputed by an agreed 3rd party and ruled in our favor he is now entering into this website to further seek resolution ....we are sorry it has come this far

RevDex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID# [redacted] , and have determined that my complaint has NOT been resolved because: The concerned business keeps pushing that we have miss managed the data. which is not the case. also they gaurantee 90% connectivity on the data which was not attained as well the dialer reports are attached with this reply. and audio recordings of calls customers clearly saying wrong numbers, they did not provide information on the source website, can be provided. and also a recording of call made to client and screen shots of skype conversation for making complaint will also b provided. we also have screen shots of clients conversation threatning to sue us. we do not sell opt in data for cts ...we start our pricing at 8cts for our freshest leads ...the Revdex.com needs to get a better understanding of the industry in order to reach a conclusion ..as opposed to having the buyer repeat his claims .we have only asked for what was outlined in our contractual agreement to satisfy any customers allegations ....this is a waste of everyones time ....I will no longer be responding to these baseless claims ......we are an established company with clients who are with us in a mutually beneficial relationship......if this claimant spent as much time on the data as he has on this baseless exercise we would all have been better off
