On 8/22/early morning, my dog started puking around the house and had to be rushed to emergencyPieces of a green object with spikes could be found in his vomit and after an x-ray was performed by the vet, a piece of the same object was found stuck in his intestinesAn emergency surgery had to be performed in order to prevent an intestine blockage, which can be fatalThe vet informed us that it usually takes from to hours for a dog's digestive system to start showing issues after eating a problematic objectMy husband and I could not recognize such object found, since we do not have anything that looked like that in the house, and the only other place my dog had been within those 24-hours was at Reserved Barking for daycare (9am to 3pm) on Saturday, 8/20/I called the business to discuss the situation and try to find out if my dog could possibly have had access to such object at their facilityThe owner, Ahsan, completely shut me downThe first words coming out of his mouth were that if I was looking to get my vet bills paid for, I should look at the waiver that I signed releasing them from all responsibility related to any harm caused to the dogs, when I have never mentioned money compensation up to that point in our conversationThe possibility of maybe being responsible for my vet bills was clearly his number one concern, he never asked about my dog's well-beingI asked him to elaborate on their safety practices and how he could guarantee me that my dog was safe during his time there, to which he stated that he had conducted an investigation, but refused to disclose what exactly it encompassedWhen questioned about their practices and how well the dogs are being supervised, Ahsan used of sarcasm to address my concerns stating that they "don't watch dogs like hawks" and that I was not an "investigator to try to figure out what could have happened"When I offered to go in person to his facility to discuss the situation, Ahsan informed me that I was no longer welcomed over there and that he would call the cops on me if I showed up to talkI have only called this business twice trying to solve this situation, and have received the same treatment in both situationsWhen contacted by e-mail, they have completely ignored my queriesI do not search money compensation for what happened to my dog, although I do believe that they should be responsible for what happens to the dogs while they are under their careThe owner's unwillingness and lack of interested to look further into a situation that could have happened in his facility, does not reflect the practices of a business that value customer serviceThe owner's attitude and bad temper make him unfit to work in the pet industry, where there's so much emotional attachment involvedI do not recommend this business

My husband and I could not recognize such object found, since we do not have anything that looked like that in the house, and the only other place my dog had been within those 24-36 hours was at Reserved Barking for daycare (9am to 3pm) on Saturday, 8/20/2016.
