The carrier on this route has been notified that if this problem isn't fixed immediately his contract will be terminatedThe District Manager has spoken to this customer and has also verified delivery over the past week and the problem has been resolvedThe customer was given the District Managers
phone number in case any other incidents occur so that we can react more quicklyThe District Manager will also continue to verify this address to make sure the carrier is delivering correctly

Ms. *** Independent Mail subscription order was taken on February 18, by the contracted “Kiosk” sales vendor for a Sunday Only delivery EZ Pay subscription at*** *** in *** S.CThe charge was $a month, and was deducted from her credit card on February 18, Sunday only subscription started on February 23, A second payment was drafted from the card on March 12, in the amount of $7.82, days prior to expiration per EZPay subscription renewal proceduresOn the Kiosk order from, signed by Ms.***, clearly states , “Credit Cards will be charged days prior to expire date” (see attachment*), and why her 2nd subscription payment was processed before March 18, To be clear, Ms.*** signed the Kiosk order form authorizing a month EZPay (automated direct draft) subscription, wrote her credit card number and expiration date for EZ Pay authorization, and should have read the payment details concerning the purchased subscription and the auto renewal process. In August 2015, we started a weekly Orange and White premium content edition in the Tuesday paperThis premium content section is each week for day subscribersThe information concerning opting out of the premium content charges or the bonus day charges such as the Thanksgiving Day paper

I apologize the represenative didn't inform you that at anytime you can opt out of the premium content section and not be charged the weekly upcharge by calling 864-***We also have bonus days a year, which result in a upchargeExamples of these are Thanksgiving, and three other quartely sections such as the Orange and White calendarThese papers that receive the upcharge also have additional valued content for our subscribersThanks

service as well as spoke with the carrier. We apologize for the poor service Mr. [redacted] has recieved, but the issue should have been corrected.

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint. 
Ok. And while a refund was issued...nowhere in the response does it say that I called the office TWO times on or about the 8th of March and canceled my easy pay subscription, but yet they took the money out of my account anyway! And this is not the first time this has happened to me and this has also happened to others I know as well.
