Initial Business Response / [redacted] (1000, 5, 2015/11/18) */ The lease that was signed by [redacted] states, "Tenant agrees to give the lanlord thirty (30) days advance written notice of vacating premises, and failure to do so shall constitute the forfeiture of the security deposit herein." Our office did not receive a day notice until 9/14/15, therefore October's rent was proratedAlso note that [redacted] had several large stains in the carpet and two broken doors that will need to be replaced which we did not charge him forIn regards to the claim of a "prostitution ring", we have had no police reports regarding thisA married couple live in that apartment and I had received a report of the wife being scantily cladWe do not dictate how people dress as long as it is legal and not indecentHowever, any other infractions made by any tenant have been handled with warnings and notices to vacateWe have had zero complaints since then

Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: I have contacted the office more then onceAnd it doesnt make sense to only treat one area in the unit. And It still doesn't solve the fact that if the pests die and are just in hidden places dead, I'm still allergicSo if my asthma symptoms arent getting better, what sense does it make for me to put myself at risk? And what good lanlord or property manager would want their tenant to put their health at risk? Sincerely, [redacted]

11/22/2017: Mediator sent email to consumer requesting update.11/28/2017: Mediator sent email to consumer requesting update.11/28/2017: I am no longer a tenantI have moved out

The manager only received one complaint about this pest and it was treated Only that unit was treated since the other units in the building have made no mention of seeing this pest We treated the most common locations for this pest It does take time for the pest be completely
exterminated and are allowing time for the first application to work before re-treating the unit The letter from the doctor stated that either we treat the unit for the pest or we release her from the lease We are taking care of the problem, unfortunately, it is a process that takes time Before the tenant moved in there were no indications or complaints about this pest and it seems to be an issue that is isolated to this unit
