The Bexley Woods did not address if we can have the prorate for the month of August or notThe Bexley Woods have told us that The Kopley Group probably won't do itThe Kopley Group has told us that they probably can do itNo one will give us a straight and solid answerThe information about our neighbors was provided as a glimpse into what we have had to deal with these past few months and as proof for reasons why we should receive this prorateIf the answer is absolutely no, we would like proof in the form of a phone call from someone at the corporate offices of The Kopley Group that this is the final answerAs for the referral, [redacted] had mentioned to someone she knows from work that we lived hereWe had been told that that person had turned in an application and that apparently qualified us to receive a $bonus to take off of our rent in the following month (June)We cannot control if someone chooses to live here or notTo that point, we never received that bonus

As explained to the tenant, we cannot control another tenant's domestic dispute, but we absolutely promptly address them Tenants legally have the right to smoke in their own homes if they choose to do so We also cannot control when a tenant allows their dog is running freely, although we make every attempt to do so None of these complaints could be further addressed anymore than they were Whenever possible the known tenants that were involved in any disturbances were served lease violation notices promptly Please note that the person that filed this complaint just referred someone to moto the property in May of this year (2016) and called on May 31, inquiring about their referral bonusThank you!

I have talked to the resident and there was an error with a previous Assistant Manager not inputting information into our system that the resident vacated the unit on 7/31/The resident was therefore charged rent for August, September, and October along with late fees and attorney feesAll fees have been credited and we have a credit to the residents accountWe will be refunding this to him at his forwarding address and also any security deposit that is due to himThere was an eviction filed but it was dismissed since we did find out that the resident did in fact turn in keys on 7/31/We regret any confusion or issues that we caused from this All records have been updated as necessary

The Security deposit refund was delayed from our corporate office but now has been remedied and it was mailed to *** *** on Friday April 08, I am also sending out the letter regarding the eviction being placed on his name in errorThis letter went out in the mail on 4/11/
