I am rejecting this response because: the business's response is incorrectTiffany did not bring the matter to Kathleen's attentionI brought it to the attention of one of their other leasing agents, Joseph B*** who brought it to the attention of the manager, Osman BanguraThere is no reason I should have had to go to multiple people to find out about my paymentIf Tiffany was in and out of the office, she should have had an away message onWhat about all her other clients that may or may not have been trying to get in touch with herThat is very unprofessionalJoseph told me they had just processed the payment on August when I was told by Tiffany the process had started on June I have not received the payment yet and will not accept a response until I receive the payment
