Residences at EastPointe Ridge

First off, this place is polluted with roaches and bed bugs and management doesn't seem to care not bitTameka was HORRIBLE when it came down to my issueShe purposely ignored my calls and pushed everything that was going on to the side as if it wasn't a big dealShe also told me since that the maintence crew and the exterminator didn't see any roaches that I don't have any (as I emailed her and showed her pictures to prove that I did but once again, she wasn't living in the unit so it wasn't her problem)That's not the only issue I had at this dump but it was the LAST STRAW FOR ME!!!!! I wouldn't recommend this place to my worst enemyIt's disgusting here and I'm GLAD I no longer live thereGood luck to anyone that doesn't read the reviews (and not the fake star reviews that *** *** made) YOU WILL BE SORRY

I am a senior, yrsoldMy yrold son is a quadriplegic and he lives with meThe office manage, Miranda L***, gave us notice of eviction due to our being late with the rent this monthI am paid to care for my son through his Waiver programHe was in the hospital for weeks so I had no payI will be able to pay what we owe in full by May 23rd but notice stated it had to be received by the 18th in full or eviction process will be filedShe never answers my calls to explain what is going onWhen to go to the office it it is always closed and locked

We have lived here for the past yearsI will admit, the first year was OK, not great, but OKWe decided to renew our lease for the second year because of the location and it was an OK price for what we were gettingBefore we renewed we told them that we would stay if there was a dog area going to be put in (fence)They accept pets but there is no place for them to run aroundWe have had every maintenance problem you could think ofdrains, locks on doors, windows leaking, water coming through ceiling, roaches- the list goes on and onThey have been spraying our apartment every Friday for the last months and still no change in the amount of bugsThey are on the walls, coming out of the outlets, in the main hallways and they aren't even close to being goneYou tell the new girl in the office, Miranda, about the problems and she does NOTHING about itShe seems nice at first until you have a problem, then she has a huge attitudeOur lease is up in December and we tried to go month to month just to get out of moving in the winter and were told to go online for pricing/renewalI chose month to month, was sent the lease agreement and then Miranda wouldn't sign it (she also wouldn't tell me it was declined until I called her out on it)She hit us with an extra $per month surcharge even though that's not what it was online(I took screenshots)We also had a great deal of black mold in our bathrooms and coming out of our ventsWhen I spoke to her about it she said "black mold is rare and there is no way you could have it"Yet when we had our vents cleaned that was their main concernIf you frequently get mail to your house/packages don't bother coming hereThey get dropped off at the leasing office (sometimes) and when you go to pick them up they closed earlyWe are constantly having to track our mail down or it gets lost/damagedThis property does not care about their tenants and instead of fixing the actual problem, they throw football partiesDO NOT LIVE HEREpeople are walking away from signing because of their first impression of the buildingsWASTE OF ENERGY DEALING WITH THEMNo incentive to stay when we have all these problems and they are increasing rent
