I paid all my rent in the pass, but in January I had issuesI went to talk to the girls in the office regarding arrangementsI ask for the mangers number, they tell me they can't give that number out, and it's not on the applicationSo I gave them a lump sum of money and on the 22nd of January they will have the rest, they said okBut When I open my door it's an eviction notice

Pine creek village is the nasty apartments in Colorado SpringsI've lived here for nearly a year and I have experienced nothing but violence and bugsDon't let the tour fool you when the lights go out the roaches do toThis place is infested with bugsRUN WHILE YOU CAN!!!!!

BUGS THEIR RENTING DIRTY UNCLEANED APARTMENTS AND WILL Not FIX PROBLEMS

I have lived here for months they Jack the rent up to when rent is ok I get it utilities included but I don't understand how is a fair price when they run heat all winter and its not that much! It's the summer I don't have air conditioning nor do I swim in the pool that they claim the rent has went up for....maintenance is joke they never fix any thing or clean the pool so how can we be charged more I wouldn't recommend this place to my worst enemy bugs to high rent and nasty people!

The ceiling in the bedroom leaked in three different locations while I lived there and when I called the office to repeatedly report it I was told to move my furniture or belongings out of the way because there is nothing they could do While this is completely ridiculous I had no choice since my bed was completely soaked and ruined one day after I returned home from work from a complete new spot where water was literally pooring into the room This was the third time this happened after moving everything and was I was unable to have anything in the middle of the room, which left me with a corner or shove everything over by the bathroom and bedroom closet doors
Why aren't we reimbursed for pest control that we take care of ourselves? There were notices left on my door quite frequently to spray and no one would ever come So I took the pest control into my own hands I never used the kitchen cabinets because no one wants roaches crawling all over their clean dishes

The are gross roach infested and then told me I had Till the 15 th to pay rent then gave me a 3 day notice and instead of waiting till the last day like there supposed they started the eviction the first day then accepted my rent in full on the 14th 30 minutes later I was servers an eviction notice and they used my rent for the eviction. My kids were held at gun point and our lives were threatened by gang members I'm so glad to be out of there but now I have an eviction on my record.

I was a resident of Shannon Glen apartments in [redacted] for 21 months.They are owned by [redacted].

Shannon Glen has a "modus operandi": they show a beautiful model apartment that is well maintained. They then pull the "bait and switch: maneuver they make a verbal commitment of a prime location on their property, and after you pay your deposit with mere days before your move in they tell you that unit is not ready for move in,. They then sucker punch you with a horrible apartment that has outdated appliances that do not work and the unit is not clean.

The 72 hour inventory is totally ignored. The verbal assurances that all will be taken care of shortly after move in are not enforceable as they are not written into the contract.

The buildings are all MOLD and ROACH infested. Management will not take care of these issues even after legal actions and governmental agencies are called.

I have lived in this apartment complex for 6 months and have nothing positive to say about the business ethics of the company that manages this complex.
1. I have repeatedly complained about black mold in our storage area and I only get a rude non committal response.
2. The refrigerator in my apartment doesnt consistently keep food cold and I have lost food due to spoilage.
3. There are no assigned parking spots and I frequently come home and there is no where for me to park in a complex where I pay to live.

Please, Please, Please do something to shut this place down. There is no way this place meets any requirements to be inhabited. They have the heat on all year around and wont fix the A/C. My infant daughter got over heated despite fans, had a seizure and now has them regularly. I had drugged up men trying to force themselves into my apartment. My two sliding doors wouldn't close so my apartment was a free for all. My whole family was verbally assaulted by the staff. Nothing was ever fixed. Cockroaches all over. Please do something.

The owner is absolutely horrible. I have reported a roof leak in my apartment over and over again but the owner refuses to give me a break on rent or fix my ceiling. Every time it rains my roof leaks like [redacted] and absolutely nothing is done about it. Even the employees told me to call code enforcement because that's the only way the owner will do anything. The property owner is a slum lord simple and plan. Avoid at all costs!

Very unsatisfactory compliances with this company in regards to our living conditions and the handling of bills and rent.

I was living at these apartments for 8 months and even before move-in day I pointed out security issues with the maintanence workers and was assured everything would be taken care of. After move-in I noticed more major safety concerns and that my shower also did not have shower knobs to operate it. For 2 months I was unable to shower and it was not until they were going to get inspected that they crudely installed knobs. My son and I lived on the first floor and all the windows did not lock, we had a light fixture hanging out the ceiling with all its wires exposed, outlets that did not securely hold plugs, and a toilet seat that was not installed properly to the floor and leaked water when flushed. To top it off my apartment was flooded on 3 occassions from sewage back-up and every time I was left cleaning the mess myself. I brung these issues to their attention on numerous occasions and not once were my concerns properly addressed.
