This letter is in response to correspondence received by Residential Credit Solutions, Inc("RCS") for the loan referenced above on February 5, 2016.RCS has received recent correspondence from your entity in reference to a complaint filed by [redacted] on the loan referenced abovePlease be advised that the most recent correspondence is substantially similar to correspondence RCS initially received on January 12, and responded to on January 19, We have enclosed a copy of this response for reference.As stated in our January 19, response, RCS conducted a thorough review of the account in response to [redacted] complaintAs a result of our investigation , it was determined that unnecessary delays have occurred during the processing and handling of [redacted] Loss Draft Claim.According to our records, [redacted] contacted our Loss Draft Department on September 11, to notify us of a house fire; however, the call was not properly transferred to our Loss Draft DepartmentSubsequently, our Loss Draft Department was not aware of the fire damage until September 17, during a phone conversation with [redacted] On September 17, 2015, [redacted] was advised that we must receive the insurance check and additional documentation detailed in our loss draft information packet in order to initiate the claim processSubsequently, an information package was requested to be sent to [redacted] ; however, due to a system error , the package was delayed until September 28, at which time we were notified [redacted] had not received the initial paperwork.On October 7, , [redacted] was advised that insurance proceeds were received on the loan and additional information was requested to proceed with a loss draft claimAs of October 7, 2015, our Loss Draft Department requested an insurance estimate, a bid on repairs needed, a signed WForm, and a signed procedure letter, which was faxed to [redacted] at [redacted] on October 7, In researching the chronology of events that occurred during the processing of [redacted] Loss Draft Claim, it was determined that several delays occurred, including but not limited to, delays in receiving requested documentation, incomplete information being received from the contractor, and system update delays, which prolonged the claims process and [redacted] receiving her initial installment to begin repairs on the home.To date, two insurance checks have been received by RCS for deposit in the amounts of$45,and $10,Likewise, three disbursements have been made to [redacted] in the amount of $15,054.32, $3,639.31, and $18,We kindly request that [redacted] contact our Loss Draft Department at [redacted] once all repairs are complete so we may order a final inspection of the property Once RCS receives confirmation of 100% repairs on the property, additional draws will be issued to [redacted] .RCS values our customers and strives to provide them with excellent customer serviceTherefore, we would like to sincerely apologize for any delays we may have caused in the Loss Draft processAdditionally, we would like to apologize for any confusion or frustration that we may have caused [redacted] when communication with individuals at RCS.For additional questions regarding the Loss Draft process, [redacted] may contact the Loss Draft Department at [redacted] As an alternative, [redacted] may contact the single point of contact, [redacted] for questions regarding the account status.If you have any questions and need to speak with someone at Residential Credit Solutions, Inc., please feel free to contact us toll free number at [redacted] ***Our Customer Service Department is available Monday -Thursday from 8:AM and 7:PM, and Friday from 8:AM and 5:PM, Central TimeIf you wish to submit a notice of error or request for information in accordance with the Real Estate Settlement Procedures Act and Regulation X, you must mail it to our Customer Relations Department at P.OBox 163889, Fort Worth, Texas 76161-or submit it via fax at *** [redacted] Please include the name of the borrower(s), the loan number, current contact information, and a clear description of the error that you believe occurred on theloan and/or the specific information that you are seeking

How in the world can you give this company stars? This is the most predatory loan servicing company you can imagine Due to fraudulent accounting practices they attempted to increase my escrow amount three times The third time they had worn me down and I didn't fight it They have since sold my loan but did not transfer all the escrow funds I have paid They have not accounted for all of the money I have paid and have stolen my money There is no recourse against these crooks CFPB did take action in but the company continues to defraud consumers

On 6/Bank of America sold my mortgage loan to RCSI have $surplus money ( I paid extra money to B of A in 5+ years)So I have my lawyer wrote a letter to RCS demand the money back.RCS never gave the right answer then on 2/RCS sold my loan to Ditech and never let Ditech know about the surplus money.Also RCS send I lot of FRAUD paperwork none of the number is correctedI do not believed in AMERICA a company like this can exist and the government can not do anything about itAll the papers RCS send it to me just like they can made up anything they want If anybody know about "BERNARD MADOFF FRAUD" please stop this RCS companyRCS is going to be one of the BIGGEST FRAUD company Even on the tax form my mortgage interest is $RCS put down $I think this TAX FRAUD I will report this to IRS in TEXAS So RCS stole my $.I want to sue RCS but will cost I money to sue RCS RCS had many complaints in the years got fine but RCS did not stop until put them all in JAILED PLEASE DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH RCS I DO NOT CARE about the $$$ but I know RCS can do more FRAUD and more harm for AMERICAN TO RCS : my account is **SSN**
