reviews star rating 6/9/ I recently moved from Washington, Pato the Gulf Coast of Florida merging two households and almost years worth of accumulated possessions/furniture and I cannot express how impressed I was by my entire experience from beginning to end with Coral Springs Moving and Storage! From the beginning I received excellent customer serviceEvery email and phone call was answered either immediately or promptly and the estimates I received were not only reasonable but were very accurateThe staff were courteous, experienced, and treated my belongings like they were their ownEverything was wrapped carefully and moved with careOn arrival at my new home, all of my things were unloaded within several hours and set up in the exact location I requested and all furniture was fully assembled by the moversNothing was broken or scratched or missing when we arrivedI didn't have to move a thing myself! Champ, Ike, and Ricky communicated with us every step of the way and did a fabulous job! They even came early (with our permission) and did a second inventory prior to loading the truck and were on time on arrival at the new homeI have moved many times prior to this but have never had such an amazing experience with a moving company [redacted]

Extremely unprofessionalA lot of extras tacked onto bill Moving people are contractors They make no attempt to background check these men I did not find this out until after the truck was packed, I overheard of the men talking about how and when they will,be paid Glass table tops were insufficiently packaged and of course it broke, carpeting was not rolled properly and now has a crease in it My property was put into storage for a few months and when their driver opened the side door to truck boxes fell to the ground and of course some items were broken Other boxes were crushed Took me six months to collect only a fraction of my cost to replace The biggest problem I had was that a piece of jewelry was stolen Naturally it is my word against theirsNo attempt by the company, mr [redacted] is the owner I was told and did absolutely nothing to investigate my claimHe probably did not even know the names of the people who moved me If you do decide to use this company ask for the moving men's drivers lic before they come into your house The only silver lining to this saga is that people in my neighborhood asked if I was happy with my moving companyNeedless to say they did not choose Coral Springs Moving and Storage

THEY NEVER SHOWED UP X2! On Sept., 23, 2014, I called Coral Springs Moving and spoke with [redacted] - relocation consultant - for a move from Florida to Vermont [redacted] informed me that they would send one of their people, [redacted] (sp?) to do a visual estimate of the contents of my condo unit the next day - Thursday, Sept24, I specifically informed [redacted] that I was out-of-state and that I would instruct my buildings concierge to have [redacted] let into my unit to perform the Inspection [redacted] assured me that this was not a problem and that his guy would check in with the concierge when he got there The following morning I received a voice message from [redacted] stating, "I'm getting ready to come down to Miami to view your condo, but I need to make sure you are there before I come down." I returned that call within minutes and received ***'s voice mail I left him a detailed message explaining that he should have been informed to check in with the concierge, and that he was on the list to be admitted to my unit as discussed with [redacted] at length I never heard back from *** On Friday, I called [redacted] again He admitted to never going to my condo, and said he never received the information about checking in with the building concierge He also claimed not to have received my voice mail until late Thursday night; a voice message left at 10:a.m [redacted] assured me he would remedy the situation and get down to my condo first thing on Monday for the visual estimate I reluctantly said, "okay." He never showed up on Monday In fact, I never heard from him or [redacted] again Unreliable to say the least I would certainly never use, nor recommend Coral Springs Moving to anyone

THEY NEVER SHOWED UP X2! On Sept., 23, 2014, I called Coral Springs Moving and spoke with [redacted] - relocation consultant - for a move from Florida to Vermont. [redacted] informed me that they would send one of their people, [redacted] (sp?) to do a visual estimate of the contents of my condo unit the next day - Thursday, Sept. 24, 2014. I specifically informed [redacted] that I was out-of-state and that I would instruct my buildings concierge to have [redacted] let into my unit to perform the Inspection. [redacted] assured me that this was not a problem and that his guy would check in with the concierge when he got there.

The following morning I received a voice message from [redacted] stating, "I'm getting ready to come down to Miami to view your condo, but I need to make sure you are there before I come down." I returned that call within 15 minutes and received [redacted]'s voice mail. I left him a detailed message explaining that he should have been informed to check in with the concierge, and that he was on the list to be admitted to my unit as discussed with [redacted] at length. I never heard back from [redacted].

On Friday, I called [redacted] again. He admitted to never going to my condo, and said he never received the information about checking in with the building concierge. He also claimed not to have received my voice mail until late Thursday night; a voice message left at 10:30 a.m.... [redacted] assured me he would remedy the situation and get down to my condo first thing on Monday for the visual estimate. I reluctantly said, "okay." He never showed up on Monday. In fact, I never heard from him or [redacted] again.

Unreliable to say the least. I would certainly never use, nor recommend Coral Springs Moving to anyone....
