From: Bob M***Date: Thu, Aug 25, at 11:AMSubject: Case ID [redacted] To: [redacted] @myRevdex.com.org [redacted] – Please see our response belowResidential Life is a property management company that manages commercial and real estate properties throughout the Philadelphia area One of our clients, IS [redacted] is located at [redacted] , is a residential apartment building Residential Life signed a residential lease agreement with [redacted] for an initial lease term of 4/1/– 3/31/ The signed lease, by [redacted] ***, had an automatic renewal of one year, unless prior notice was given within days of the lease expiration It is company policy that a letter is both mailed and placed under the tenant’s door, days prior to the expiration of the lease, to request notice of intent to renew or move out by the expiration of the lease We received no response from [redacted] within the given timeframe, so his lease renewed on 4/1/ Further acceptance of this renewal was received by [redacted] paying his increased On 6/6/we received notice that he would be vacating the apartment by 6/30/ He did not officially leave the apartment until days after 6/30/ This notice was received and noted on his account, but based on the original lease he signed, he would forfeit his security deposit by not giving proper notification of departure Not only did [redacted] breach his lease by leaving in the middle of his lease, he also breached by not notifying within the appropriate timeframe [redacted] has been making slanderous remarks about our company via internet reviews, when in reality, he is the party that breached the lease agreement Further, Residential Life has communicated with [redacted] that no further legal action would be taken to recover the financial damages suffered by his breach of the lease Additionally, [redacted] vacated the apartment while owing a back balance of unpaid rent from previous monthsThank you, Robert M***Iron Stone Strategic Capital PartnersResidential Life, LLCArch Street, Suite 1351Philadelphia, PA
