I am rejecting this response because:I was left without complete service to my two story homeThe top floor wasn't servicedTwo windows in the front were behind a bush and weren't servicedI didn't want to end my contract with them if they could simply have another tech come outI also didn't trust them to come out if they couldn't pick up a phone to reach out and ask me what happenedIt's nice for management to take interest in their business, the way it's represented, the service, and how we are cared for at our homeMy experience with Absolute was focused on being the middleman for three management personnel who couldn't solve for their own solutionsMoreover, I was forced to wait for their internal dilemma to play out BEFORE they took care of meI was sent three emails asking for my personal home security to damn an employee rather than resolution for my homeIt was offered as a condition of providing my home security footageI'd be a fool to hand over my home's vantage pointsI had stated several times that my involvement with his tech wasn't necessary and those concerns should be managed by AbsoluteI was given extra information to either guilt me or give excuses, but either way I'm not concerned with anything more than my homeThis was an easy solution from the beginning and I was hoping for a bit of actual concern and professionalismI didn't get to have that experienceI was told, after submission to Revdex.com that the replacement lounger was purchasedI have yet to receive itI hope this is finally resolved because it was exhausting and unwarrantedI still feel so violatedIn fact, my husband is always unavailable and had been contacted after speaking with me solelyWhy did Absolute involve him? They had only been talking to meThis is one more way they avoided meI was on the phone with them and they stated they'd need to call my husbandWhy?! I'm literally speaking to a manager whom I've spoken to this whole ordeal and they need to hang up to contact my husband? For what?! This is such a shameful dance they played and clearly have no management savvyI'd never recommend them to anyone with a homeI don't trust their thoughts, words, or actionsHorrible, horrible, display.

We did have a contract for to install and service 18 exterior rodent bait station at [redacted]. All services had been cancelled at the end of March 2017. When a contract cancels we go and retrieve all of the said stations. My technician who went out and retrieve the stations, non...

intentionally retrieve 2 of the stations belonging stations of the Condo Assoc, installed by ABC numbered 5 and 6. I have spoken to [redacted] with [redacted] who manages the HOA, and explained the incident and our plan to remedy the issue. We will take the stations # 5 and #6  along with 18 more of our stations and reinstall them as compensation for the mistake. We had hoped to do it by the end of this week, but it appears it maybe Monday or the Latest Tuesday of next week the 19 or 20th June 2017.   I apologize for the mistake, and trying to make things correct.  Regards, [redacted]

We have been servicing The [redacted] residence since November 2011, and would like to thank them again for the their business and support for the last 6 years. On or about 4-27-17, Mrs [redacted] had contacted my Service Manager [redacted], in regards to a service performed on 4-26-17. It was a completion...

of the exterior service from 4-22-17 scheduled service due to rain. Per an email from Mrs [redacted] 4-28-17 she stated that the service technician had tore a outside patio chair, and tried to cover it up with a rug, or some sort of carpet. The chair was a Bean Bag type chair and released foam particles all over the patio and into the pool. also stated that the tech had thrown towels and pillows on the ground. She asked for reimbursement and for the tech to ever return. [redacted] replied to email stating he would need to speak to our GM [redacted] about this on Monday as he was out of the office, and [redacted] was out for some Medical needs. On 5-5-17 Mr. [redacted] Called in and left a message for [redacted] to call him back, however if he did not answer it was due to him boarding a plane. On 5-9-17 I happen to over hear [redacted] and Mrs [redacted] speaking on the phone. I immediately trying to gather information on, when this happened, who was the service tech and any other information I can.Looking at the notes, I called and left a voicemail for Mr. [redacted], and he called me back later that day. He had asked to get with the service tech and get any information from him and his response to what had happened. I emailed Mrs [redacted] and apologized for what had happened, and that was not how we did business. I was told that they had Surveillance/Video of what had happened, and requested for a copy. Emailed them 5-10-17 and had stated I have not spoke with my tech, once again I had requested and video or proof he did this so we could get it fixed and move forward, and apologized again. 5-12-17, I emailed again stating I had spoke with my tech, and he does not recall having done any damage, agreed he moved somethings to service some areas. I asked again for any proof that they had to get this resolved, thanked the for their business and wanted to wrap this up. On 5-13-17, Mrs [redacted] emailed me back, stating my "Obtuse focus" was on the wrong issue, and it was shameful display of my company, and requested we cancel the account immediately. 5-15-17, I emailed Mrs. [redacted], apologized for the 3rd time. Canceled her service as requested in her 5-13-17 email, and moved forward and purchased the chair, not as mention of guilt but as good gesture on our part. Emailed her the receipt and tracking info being shipped to them. About 15 min later I receive this compliant. I was trying to perform my investigation and have all the facts in the matter, but never received her help. I believe complaint was done in malice. see all the email threads, and only 2 pics given. I have been a Revdex.com 17 years, and Revdex.com A+ member for many years by trying to correct any issues before this point. I fee I was going above and beyond. Never was I rude to her, nor did I ever speak to her. Only wanted this resolved. Please contact me with any questions.
