Residential Physicians

Residential Physicians ([redacted]) was paid in full in June 2014 to complete work on our home. It has not only not been completed, but he has scheduled and not called/shown up over 20 times. We were assured the work would be completed in two weeks initially, and since have spent months attempting to give Mr. [redacted] the opportunity to get organized and complete the work. He emailed that he was waiting to get money from another client for materials, despite already being paid for the job at our home. Our house currently has a new front door that is not under warranty because it has not been painted, a drain pipe that is not on, and siding that is partially on, with a segment of insulation exposed and shutters off the house (several were damaged when being painted by **) ...there are also nails on our front porch scattered and we have had to pay to have **'s initial mess of plastic and work materials cleaned up from our yard.Desired SettlementWe have requested that RP hire a mutually agreed upon contractor to complete the work and in fact Mr. [redacted] offered to do so or complete the work. That was over 5 weeks ago and neither has happened. We would like to have a refund of $4,000 to complete the interior and exterior work completed by a licensed/insured contractor that utilizes qualified and trained workers and can have the work done immediately.
