Lance and his partner are great guys to work with. We had a 1960's kitchen that needed gutting and complete updating. Lance was great to work with, had a lot of great suggestions but always listened to what I wanted. They did a great job of keeping the area as cleaned up as possible and I caught him sweeping the driveway before they left for the day. I would highly recommend this company for any remodeling needs. They always took the time to answer my questions, showed up when they said they would, and did a great job!

I can't say enough positive things about Lance and Nate in regards to the 4 season porch that they built onto my existing home. With every step of the way there was a high level of communication. The most important though was their attention to detail making sure the project was done properly by going the extra mile. For example they made sure the backyard was landscaped properly before the project was started. Making sure there would not be a future issue with standing water under the structure was something I didn't even think of. There were a few more issues that were pointed out so I felt like they demonstrated a high level of ethical workmanship. I was confident that they cared as much about the end result as I did. In comparison to other projects that I have done in this house and a previous house they are number one and I would definitely have them again if I had any other projects to do in the future. Plus they are just nice people to be around which is key since you have to interact with someone over a 3 month period of time.

We have had the extreme pleasure of working with Residential Remodelers of MN three times over the past 10 years. Our initial project was a complete tiling of our kitchen and bathroom with which we were, and still are, very happy with the results.

A few years later we were excited to have them build a pergola style screen porch off the back of our home. This was a unique custom design that I had created, and entailed some tricky design features including a removable screened roof (for winter), and Residential Remodelers brought it to life exactly as I envisioned. And with their expertise we added some wonderful features that worked out even better than I had hoped.

Our most recent project was in the summer of 2012. This was our biggest undertaking converting our previous pergola screen porch into a full cedar roof three season screen enclosure. I was extremely concerned about this porch not looking like an "add-on". And as in our past porch project, this one was also a custom design that including utilizing existing portions of the previous structure.

Once again Residential Remodelers exceeded our expectations. Not only were they professional and hard-working, but they were also patient with the ongoing challenges. And above all, they were dedicated to making sure that we got the porch of our dreams. And we did!!

The final project ended up looking like it had always been a part of our home, seamlessly blending in design. It is the favorite room in our home enjoyed by our entire family and many, many guests over the years.

We could not be happier with our choice to work with Residential Remodelers, and I am continually thinking of new projects just so I can work with them again. I would recommend them to anyone in a heartbeat.
