*** ***, We are not fully understanding what your complaint is exactly. We spoke recently where we explained that the mass air flow sensor installed on your car was is in fact a genuine Kia part thus, being covered by the warranty 12mo/12k miles. If this is in fact the issue
with your car not passing inspection, *** *** can easily perform the replacement of the part if you prefer us not handling at no charge to you. However, we still feel confident that your car is still in fact needing a transmission replacement but hope that we were incorrect for your financial benefit. What are you in need of us to do in order to rectify this situation as we invited you back to our dealership to review the issue again but you declined? I look forward to your response.
