My family has used Residential Repair, Incseveral times We found the men to be extremely, professional; and do very good work They arrive on time, do the job and leave our home clean The staff at the office is also very polite and are very helpful setting up our appointments so the work can be done I would use them again, and plan to for our future work to our house ***

They did a super job at my house! They came out and gave me an estimate and then sent a great guy to complete the work I had an extensive list of unusual projects and he did a nice job on each and every one of them

We were very pleased with the work Residential Repair, Inccompleted for us They did everything from installing a ceiling fan to repairing duct work to installing gutters It was convenient to be able to get a myriad of needs met by one vendor They were very accommodating when scheduling the work, and the cost was reasonable We will use Residential Repair, Incfor future projects

Residential Repair recently completed my bathroomThey tore out my bathtub and turned it into a beautiful walk in showerThey surprised me at frame with a recessed soap and shampoo area instead of a corner shelfThe large tile looks awesome and they helped me mix different tiles for a great lookPeggy met me at tile stores and recommended great ideasI found everyone I met to be nice and helpfulI could not be more happy with the end result

DO NOT use this company!!! They make statements they are not willing to back up and if you call them on it the receptionist gets bhy and begins assuming crap I have a roof leak, had a guy come out and he told me there would be an estimate mailed to me soonFirst off I had to call to get them to mail me my estimateThey did and I agreed to itI was then told someone would contact me early in the week with more detailsI said okayWednesday and no on callsSo I call themI get some real crabby woman that gets mad because I am wondering why I was never called or emailedShe then repeats a total of times in a row how people got sick and it is not her fault because no one can predict employees getting sickShe says this over and over like I did not hear it the first three timesAll I want is to know a window of about when I can expect work to begin, I am not saying it has to be today or last week or tomorrow, I just ask whenShe gets snippy with me and begins the people sick thing and then runs down the date and hour timeline of everything concerning my case up to now and ends with "So we of course could NEVER have promised to get your leak fixed earlier this week." WTH? I NEVER said I was mad because my lak was not fixed nor did I EVER say I expected or wanted the leak fixed already! I simply wanted to know why I was not contacted and IF they had any clue when work could BEGIN at my house! Since they have decided not to work for me since all I wanted to know was WHEN work would begin Way to go not only disrespecting your customers but assuming what they mean too! If you want respectable customer service do NOT use these people!
