The product was not and still has not been delivered within the 5-days promisedIt was purchased and paid for 3/23/and today is 4/5/I have called Cool-Rite's telephone # times and left voice messages along with return telephone #'s, I also sent an email, but no one has bothered to return my call or email to explain what is going onI ordered and purchased this water cooler for and in the name of our church but paid with a personal credit card, (and the full amount has been deducted from my bank account on 3/23/2016) so I would like to know the status of the transaction so I can expect the soon delivery of the product, or a complete refund, so we can move on
We purchased and paid for a Sunroc HCWCDWall Mount Water Cooler on September 12, and given an order confirmation We paid for 5-day shipping The product was not and still has not been delivered as of today October 12, I have called the Cool-Rite main line and my salesperson's direct line several times and left voice messages, as well as at least emails to both the main inbox and my salesperson Nobody has called me back or emailed to inform me of what is happening with my order This was paid for on a company credit card, and the full amount was immediately charged to the account when I placed the order I would like to know the status of my order, so I can know when to expect the product, or reverse the charges on the card
