I have a new steel roof! [redacted] at Residential Roofing was quick to get the estimate, listened to my concerns about weather and completed the job professionally. As a resident of [redacted] Montana, wind can be a big concern for home owners. I believe that my new steel roof will hold up to the wind. [redacted] knows what he is doing. I have already recommended [redacted] to my neighbors.

Residential Roofing did a great job on our roof. [redacted] did a good job of getting us a bid. We made a few changes during the bid process and he was able to seamless update the bid form.

The roofing crew arrived on time to the job site and stayed until the work was completed. They were courteous and on task. The finished roof looks great.

Cornerstone Exteriors, Inc. did an exceptional job of putting a new class 4 roof on our house. Brad Bickel has turned this business into one of great integrity and honesty, very good pricing and over-the-top customer service. He was able to explain what he does that make his business outstanding. He hires locally and believes that hiring the best, and training them to work quickly and efficiently helps them see through the eyes of the customer to give them what they deserve and what the worker would want as well. He trains them not to cut corners on product quality or workmanship. His jobs are done to code, His team did extras we did not ask for,that allow the roof to last longer. He has his employees wear special shoes that won't damage the tiles as they work. he replaces vents and buys them or paints them to match the roof. He caulks around structures that others contractors may not do. These are standard, not 'extra' in every case. His team is very prompt and start bright and early, right on time. Brad projected they would take three days to finish, but it only took a little less than two! The clean up was excellent, even though the wind conditions were difficult both days. Brad tells me these men have worked together for so long that they rarely need to talk, and each one knows his part in harmony with the others.

We first learned of them from seeing their renovation of our next door neighbors' home. It was an extreemly challenging older-construction house with many gables. They did the most amazing job, made it beautiful, and the quality of both the employees and the workmanship impressed us.

We needed our roof done when the BIG hail storms hit the area 2-3 yrears ago. We had someone else lined out to replace it. He did not come through for us. We then knew exaclty who we wanted to do the job. Brad was our guy..Not many like him out there anymore!
