This company took $ from me to help me with a lone modification on my home back in October I still have no resolve on my modification and are now in foreclosure, the company wont return my calls or emails I don't know what to do?

My wife and I were led to believe that this company was working with the *** programsAfter they asked for and got all of our personal and sensitive information Our information was required to be able to get approved for mortgage assistanceAfter the approval process we were asked for an up front paymentTo show that we were gonna be responsible and make the payments on timeAfter the first installment was made, we were told not to contact or make any payment too themAt this point we became suspicious and called the company who reaasured us that everything was fineWe made all our payment on time however we were not getting any status updatesGetting ahold of the companys employees that were assigned to was difficultWhen we did manage to reach someoneWe were never given any info on our status with one or both of the programs they said we qualified forWe finally contacted out lender and found out that no person from Residential Support Group ever contacted them on

I was asked to provide money upfront with a wire transfer from my bank account to be provided with Home Loan Mortgage AssistanceThe company made me believe they were affiliated with Making Home Affordable, but after sending in an application with all my personal information I realized they were notI had already sent the wire transfer and they did collect the fundsI immediately contacted them asking for the company to provide their licensing information to do business in California and for their registration as a debt relief service providerI was told that they would check with their legal department and get back to meI called the Revdex.com and they said this was a red flagI also filed a report with FTC
