The Terms and Conditions state that the customer will be charged anon-refundable fee of $plus applicable taxes for shipping of a daysupply of the product. The customer will then have days to evaluatethe product and if they are not satisfied, can call our customer service andincur no further charges. We will issue a Return MerchandiseAuthorization (RMA) number so that the customer may return the unused portionof the product. The Terms and Conditions also clearly state that this 15day trial begins on the day the product is ordered. If the customer electsnot to contact us to obtain an RMA number within days, he or she will becharged $plus applicable taxes for the productThe customer willcontinue to receive a fresh new day supply, every days until they contactour customer support department to cancel.As we did not receive contact or cancellation request from Ms*** within theday trial period as specified within our Terms and Conditions, our systemwent ahead and automatically processed her account for $on 6/7/for competingthe trial and purchasing the one month supplyIn the interest of maintainingcustomer goodwill, we have credited Ms***’ account in the amount of $94.59.Ms*** should see this credit within the next 1-business daysWe note that the complaint indicates that Ms*** wascharged amounts. As a courtesy, wehave investigated this matter and discovered that she also enrolled in asimilar trial program with our sister company, which billed her $for theshipping and handling under similar circumstances to those described aboveMs*** was also billed $on 6/7/for completion of the trial period andpurchasing the one-month supply of product.
