This company has been in business for yearsWe are a genuine business with satisfied customersIn the case of MrYoung we did our best to help him after a phone call that his truck broke down and he needed a truck to tow his trailer. Reslan Motors IncCampo Rd Spring Valley, CA91978(619) 660-

Hello,
In regards to Ms. [redacted] complain, we sold her a vehicle with post secondary inspection with a pass. When Ms. [redacted] took the vehicle she came back a week or so later and complained about the vehicle. Without hesitation we took the car and gave her a loaner car to drive around...

until her issue was resolved. We took the vehicle into a Mazda Certified mechanic to get the vehicle fixed. While the Vehicle was in the shop, We kept Ms. [redacted] updated on every detail possible. When finally getting the vehicle back from Certified Mazda Mechanic shop we called in Ms. [redacted] and explained to her that their might be future issues with this vehicle and were willing to switch up the car loan into a vehicle that meets her standards. With that being said we assured Ms. [redacted] if she needed anything we would service her to the fullest. So for her Tune up and Brake Pads and wash we will ensure that is taken care of in its full potential. Thank you.

The [redacted] ScamOn 07/08/2015 we received a call from a person who identified himself as [redacted] inquiring about a Ford F-250 that we had advertised. He tried to bargain prices but we did not reach an agreement on price. The phone number that he called us on was [redacted].Between...

07/13/2015 and 07/16/2015 we received several calls from Mr. [redacted] during which we informed him that the vehicle that he was interested in had been sold. And he reviewed our website and decided to buy another Truck from our inventory. A 2007 Toyota Tundra. He told us that he was in Baja California with a truck and trailer. His truck broke down and he wanted to buy ours in order to tow his trailer back to the USA. He sent a person whom he said worked for him to inspect the truck. After the inspection, [redacted] decided to go through with the purchase. He gave us his information over the phone, and emailed us his driver’s license for verification of identity. We approved him on a loan with a $2,500 down payment that he charged to his credit card. All went well. He suggested to send the same worker of his to pick up the contract and take it to him to sign and bring it back before we would deliver the truck. He asked us to research the price for installing a hitch in order to pull his trailer. We did. His worker picked up the contract, and returned within three days with all the paperwork signed. We released the tuck with the temporary DMV Report of Sale and the worker took off. A few days later we called and asked if he had received the truck and he confirmed that he did and that he was very happy with it. He was thankful. The Bank Funded the loan and all went well.As we were in the process of registering the truck in [redacted]’s and the bank’s name, a weight certificate was requested on the truck. We called Mr. [redacted] and asked that he provide us with the truck in order to weigh it. He promised to send the truck with his worker from Baja California. We communicated over several days during which he claimed that his brother took the Truck weighed it, and informed him that the certificate was delivered to us. We called the Worker of his who left his number with us and he claimed that he had gone to our Dealership and gave the certificate to our Finance manager. This was never done.We were advised that a picture of the door sticker on the Truck would suffice. We tried several times to call and leave messages also we sent several texts without answer. Finally we receive a call from Mr. [redacted] claiming that we stole his information and sold the Truck to someone else and not to him. He requested his deposit back. It was the same voice, the same telephone number but the story changed. We refused and wanted to investigate it. He called again and claimed that his son stole his information and bought the truck under false pretenses and that the police talked to his son but he did not want to press charges against his son, and he wanted us to immediately return his down payment. We told him that we will return whatever is dew when he presents himself with his son at our dealership  and brings the truck back. He refused and said he wanted us to give him his money or else he will call the Police on us. We repeated our request for him to bring the Truck before we can refund any money. He refused. He wanted his money first and then he will return the Truck. We asked him where the Truck was, and he claimed that it was in his wife’s possession in her garage in her house in Orange County. We checked the GPS Tracking device that we had installed in the Truck in case of any mishaps, and we tracked the truck to Baja California. We informed Mr. [redacted] that all this seemed to be a scam and we will be informing the FBI about it so that a proper investigation will be initiated.Mentioning the FBI seemed to put fear in him so the second day he had a man deliver the truck to our dealership. The truck had a dented front left fender, dented driver’s door, dented rear left door, an estimate for the repair and paint in the amount of $1,769.55. The truck was full of mud inside, and visibly abused. This man gave us a copy of his driver’s license and said that He was hired over the internet (craigslist) to drive the truck from Orange County to our dealership. We had traced the truck about one hour earlier and it was in Tijuana and not in Orange County. After we discussed the steps that needed to be taken to finalize this, we did the following: Returned the Bank’s money which was paid to us and cancelled the loan on [redacted]. We sent Mr. [redacted] a statement showing his credit of $2,500 down payment minus the cost of him driving our truck for 33 days, the cost of 2,357 miles that he put on it in 33 days, the cost of Body repair and restocking.Mr. [redacted] did not present himself at our dealership but is threatening to scandalize us all over the internet and social medias. We hope that you can stop this man from scamming on us and on other people. And stop him from harassing us by phone and by email. We are inclosing the letter sent to [redacted]  [redacted] repurchase settlement August 19, 2015Mr. [redacted]: You purchased your Toyota Tundra Truck and then claimed a fraudulent story about someone else using your name. Although we have proof otherwise, and the state of California does not give you any right to undo vehicle purchase agreement, we accepted to undo the purchase agreement out of Courtesy, and take the Truck back.Having the truck for 33 Days is not free. We do charge $75.00 per day. To keep our Truck: 33 X 75 = $2,475.When you finally sent the truck back, the odometer marked 93,395 miles. When you bought it, the odometer marked 91,038. In 33 Days you put 2,357 miles on the Truck. California with excessive driving, the average miles put on a vehicle in one year is between 10,000 and 15,000 miles. We will use 15,000 / 12 months = 1,250 miles per month average. 2,357 – 1,250 = 1,107. These are 1,107 excessive miles X 0.79 Cents per mile = $874.53.The truck was received with a dent on the front left fender, the driver’s door and the left passenger door. We have pictures of the truck before and after it was in your possession. A body and paint repair cost of $1,769.55.Re Stocking fee including Oil change, Safety check and detail is $360.00 The charges are as follows:33 Days Truck usage $2,475.00Excess Mileage Usage $ 874.53Paint & Body work $1,769.55Re Stocking Fee $ 360.00_________________________________________Total $5,480.18Less the $2500 Deposit. You still Owe: --------------------------------$2,980.18Mr. [redacted], you have 15 days to settle this account before any further decisions are made.Attached:  You will find pictures of the damage on the left side of the truck, and we have original pictures of this same truck before selling it to you. you will also find a Factory quality repair and paint estimate of the damage.[redacted]Sales Manager
