If you value customer service and a quick turnaround, this is NOT the placeWe placed an order for our museum for custom magnets for an event early in the week and chose a shipping option that worked with our timelineThe order was delayed in production and not shipped on timeI was then assured me that the product was finished and being shipped that night to arrive at our museum the next dayThe following day, our order was still sitting in the production line, not shippedThey refused to overnight the product to us, so we attempted to cancel the order and request a refund, since this product was no longer going to be of use to us after the eventThey refunded our shipping cost but refused a refund for the product itselfI spoke with multiple supervisors, who were not easy to reachEvery person I spoke with admitted that it was their company's fault, but they did NOTHING to try to resolve this situation for the customerhad such a horrible customer service experience

This company does not stand up to their value and beliefs that they state on their websiteI have had so many issues in my first orderI have been waiting for my business cards for two weeks, even though I paid for rushed shippingI have been trying to call their customer service number for two weeks and you can not get through to talk to anyoneI have been live chatting with their customer support and have gotten no whereI have asked to speak to the supervisor and no one will push me through or call meThey promised me many different times that I would have my cards the next business dayI was also promised an email when the cards were being shippedI never got an emailHalf of my cards were missing so I had to live chat them againI have asked for my money back and they refuse, only offering me store credit for the shippingI will not shop here again

Was excited to open my package and see my business cardsIt was then that I lost all excitement when I saw the "little cracks" running through the color of the ink around the edges all around the business cardI called Overnight Prints "customer service" and spoke to [redacted] who informed me of those long review/return process to see if I would be "eligible" for replacementI was blown away and baffled by the long drawn out process of them fixing their mistakeOkay let me be honest here, I spent $on these cards and will not miss the money, that THEY will not refund but to go through the process of taking pictures of the cards, uploading them, attaching them to an email, re-telling the whole story of what's wrong with them, and then he said that it would go through the review process and IF higher management thought they were bad enough to replace that they would mail me a return address label to send the cards back and then issue a credit OR reprint them

Had been using this company for a few months and always had issues with the customer serviceThey always seemed put off that you had to call themDelivery is never guaranteed, no matter what shipping date you've paid forAnd when you ask them, your told everything is an estimateThe prices were good and worth putting up with the mistreatment My LAST order with them was sets of greeting cards & envelopesI received both sets of envelopes but only set of cardsBut also received another clients order in with mineI called Overnight Prints to inform them what happened and told them about the incorrect order shipped to meI was asked to take a photo of the outer envelope and email it to them, which I did within an hour of my phone call At the same time I was told my order would reprinted and that it would be shipped with the same method of shipping I initially chooseSo that meant another 2-weeks, and when I asked why I needed to wait that long due to it being their err

Utterly awful customer serviceI received prints that were completely washed outI took pictures and a side by side with previous prints to show what the color was supposed to look likeFour days later, I had no response so I started a live chat (my first of 3)I tell him I want a reprint because of the quality to which he tells me the company cannot guarantee the prints to match the proofsThis print company has literally one job and cannot deliver on itI was then told they couldn't guarantee the reprint would be correct because of this, at which point I demanded a refundTheir counter? 50% of that order total would go towards a future print jobI told him that was unacceptable as I had no wish to work with them againFast forward to business hours later, the manager call I was promised never happened and the week turnaround time I was promised turned into "no guarantee estimated arrival of 7-days" and then chat was immediately disconnectedPathetic

This company is terrible and I would not recommend them in the slightest I ordered a number of items, with a large poster as the centerpiece for my presentation I paid over $in expedited service fees to get it to me in time for a conference They only got half my order to me and it was the half that really was useless without the large poster When I explained this to them, they informed me that it was never even printed! When I asked for a refund of the entire order, the CSR said only a manager could do that and one would call No one didI call back and the next CSR said that there were no notes from my first call in their system, so I had to start all over again And there was no manager available over the weekend to do a full refund Finally, I called back on Monday and they said a Manager would call back They insisted that all the materials be returned for a refundBy this point, it is days later and the materials were gone TERRIBLE SERVICE!

This company is horrible I ordered programs to be printed on the 11/17/ I have to shipping expedited to be delivered on 11/23/ Of course, my product did not ship on the designated date and no one from the company called me this I had to reach to them myself After reaching out, the represent says that there was quality control problem and the production team won't be able to look at it until Monday (11/28/16) I spoke with a representative who said that she would ensure my order was printed and shipped to me for the next day On Tuesday(11/29/16), I received my order Instead of books, they sent of the books were good and the remainder were bad Some of the have a cover printed two and three times on one booklet and the print was faded and messed up on the others Needless to say, I still don't have good books
I call the company on 11/29/around 6:pm EST and they told me to send pictures of defective products to ***@overnightprints.com I followed suit immediately with an email sent at 6:pm (EST) To date, I have received no follow up or call back in regards to this issue I went as far as reaching out on fB to see if anyone would respond and that person told they were checking into it Of course, I still haven't heard from anyone
Please be aware of using this company

TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! I ordered a reprint of business cards and when I got them the ink coverage was so bad the type was breaking upI did as they request and took a picture of 10% of the order and sent it to them to get a reprintI've now spent two weeks trying to resolve this issueTheir phone isn't working, their online chat times out and I've only gotten one response from my emails telling me to do what I've already done
Maybe this and the dispute I've put on their payment from my credit card will get their attention
My advice? Use *** *** Much more professional!

Absolute worst qualityI will never use them againThey over charge for their shipping, regular shipping takes over two weeks, if you want it faster, you have to pay moreAnd the resolution and color are horrificNever again

Every person I spoke with admitted that it was their company's fault, but they did NOTHING to try to resolve this situation for the customer. had such a horrible customer service experience.

The worst company on the planet Earth. I ordered magnets on 4/1/2016. The order confirmation says pick up Wednesday April 6th. On my pick up date I did not receive a email nor phone call for pick up. I called in asking about my order they said something was wrong on their end with the file's so they fixed the issue. Guy says is tomorrow ok for pick up I said ok. Now on Thursday same thing no notification of my order. I called again, and I get the same answer so lets see if I get it Friday.

I will never ever do business with Overnight Prints again. I placed an order and paid extra for faster shipping because I needed the items for a wedding that was 2 weeks away. Plenty of time, right? No. The items didn't arrive for 5 weeks. We contacted customer service and were told to ship them back for a refund. We promptly sent the items back. in the meantime, the tracking number for the return package said they were delivered within a few days. It took many phone calls and 6.5 weeks to get them to refund the cost of the items. This is deplorable customer service. Please don't give them your business.

Had been using this company for a few months and always had issues with the customer service. They always seemed put off that you had to call them. Delivery is never guaranteed, no matter what shipping date you've paid for. And when you ask them, your told everything is an estimate. The prices were good and worth putting up with the mistreatment.

My LAST order with them was 2 sets of greeting cards & envelopes. I received both sets of envelopes but only 1 set of cards. But also received another clients order in with mine. I called Overnight Prints to inform them what happened and told them about the incorrect order shipped to me. I was asked to take a photo of the outer envelope and email it to them, which I did within an hour of my phone call.

At the same time I was told my order would reprinted and that it would be shipped with the same method of shipping I initially choose. So that meant another 2-3 weeks, and when I asked why I needed to wait that long due to it being their err

OP consistently sends wrong/damaged orders out the door late. Twice now I have tried this company, once for postcards, and once for posters. Both times items delivered 1-2 days late (after I paid rush shipping charges) and damaged or printed/trimmed wrong.

They do not try to make things right. They do not refund rush delivery even though things do not deliver on time. And they do not rush the reprints in which they are at fault to get to you on time either.

Customer service does not call you back once they say they cannot help until you send them an email and they will call you within 30-45 minutes. It's been over 34 hours and I have yet to hear from anyone after follow-up emails.

The quality of print is [redacted] too.

Horrible experience with this company. The mailings they sent were addressed incorrectly and when I tried to address the issue (going through several different representatives) they blamed it on me. I finally had written proof from a representative stating they actually made the mistake and when I submitted this email to a supervisor, they basically ignored it. I had many requests for them to reprint the job and eventually stopped getting a response. I will never make the mistake of using this company for my printing needs again.

I am thankful to have a great credit card company! I ordered folders from this firm and the quality is terrible. The printing does not match the proof (thankfully, that I printed). I spent more than two hours on the phone to actually talk to someone to resolve my issue and still did not get a resolution. The online chat app constantly times out because no one responds. I wish I had checked their rating on YELP! before I ordered...
Fortunately, my credit card company agreed with me.
