Business call and stated that the consumer call 4/and spoke with Mike and stated that she was leaving on 7/31/17.Mike told her we needed in writing.She gave a written notice.Then the tenant called back on 5/5/stating that she was leaving in mid June for work related issues.Mike told her she
forfeits her security depositand she did not want to hear the rest and hung up

Upon move-in, *** *** complained of a roach infestation. Our office was immediate and thorough in it's response. Treatment was rapid and multi-faceted. Following treatment, *** *** voiced additional concerns about having to live in a unit under treatment, and requested to
break her lease. We allowed her to do so. Although we do not normally return security deposits PRIOR to a move-out, we offered half of her deposit up front to assist with moving costs, with the remainder to be issued once the move-out was complete. Once payment was received, *** *** failed to comply with the terms we had set for the move-out (all items removed, apartment left in a clean condition.) Because multiple belongings were left behind, and the apartment was not cleaned (thus breaching the terms of our agreement) we did not return the remainder of her security deposit, to cover the costs of a clean-out and cleaning. It should also be noted that during the time between returning her security deposit and her prolonged move-out, *** *** contacted the office on a daily basis, often irate and swearing at whoever she spoke to. While attempting to calm down and communicate with *** ***, she would insist that she was recording every conversation, at which point, several employees no longer felt comfortable speaking with her. This lead *** *** to contact a news channel, who attempted to enter our unit uninvited and harassed our employees for more information.
