First, that's why appointment are made, and as I said before he couldn't keep any of our appointmentsThe was for merchandise and installmentI have received two screens that haven't been installedSecond, as he saidI had to call him, because he was late and per our conversation He wasn't coming againI wasn't O.Kwith his lack of concern of my time and money. Third, the screen where suppose to be customHe was going to *** *** for them, and then trying to charge me dollars for eachI went to *** *** and gave them my screen sizes before I did business with him, and the most expensive one was dollarsI wanted something better then thatThird, he is in the business of costumer service and salesHe tried to cheat me in both and I will not pay for that

Review: On April **, 2015 I had called Resolute Screens, located in [redacted] to install screens on my new home. I spoke to [redacted], I scheduled an appointment to measure my windows and on the [redacted] he had came and did the measurements and I wrote him a check for 450.00 dollars for the down payment and he told me he would have someone make the screens and he would call and set up the installation. On the [redacted] I received a call informing me my screens are done and the installer who goes by [redacted] will call me. [redacted] called and asked if 1100 on the [redacted] was good. I asked how long it would take and he said. Maybe a HOUR! The [redacted] came and after waiting 30 minutes after the scheduled appointment with no phone call, I called [redacted]. He didn't pick up. I then called [redacted] who sounded surprised that [redacted] was late. He said he would call [redacted] and call me back. He left me a voice mail at 9:20 p.m. saying he don't know what happen and I would have to reschedule. On the [redacted] I called and [redacted] called back around 1:00 p.m. and I explained my work schedule is unpredictable for the next week so, after calling back and forth with [redacted], [redacted] called back and with no explanation why, he said he was sorry. I then told him I just wanted the screens up. I then rescheduled for May [redacted]. May [redacted] came and [redacted] was 40 minutes late from the 5:00 p.m. appointment. He stated he had the screens but, needed to do more measurements. I asked why? He shuck his head and took the screens out of his vehicle. Done of the screens fit, further more, they were old looking and damaged. [redacted] called [redacted] and I spoke to him. I explained these weren't the windows we went over and they looked nothing as advertised. He said he would personally do it him self tomorrow and told me he would be there at 11:00 a.m. It didn't make any scents, if they all had to be made by someone else how is he doing it in one day. On may [redacted] at 10 called and said he would be a little late because he had to stop at [redacted]. 11:00 a.m. came and went and at 120Desired Settlement: I would like my money back.

I have received two screens that haven't been installed. Second, as he said. I had to call him, because he was late and per our conversation He wasn't coming again. I wasn't O.K. with his lack of concern of my time and money. Third, the screen where suppose to be custom. He was going to [redacted] for them, and then trying to charge me 75 dollars for each. I went to [redacted] and gave them my screen sizes before I did business with him, and the most expensive one was 45 dollars. I wanted something better then that. Third, he is in the business of costumer service and sales. He tried to cheat me in both and I will not pay for that.
