From start to finish, Chris was my advocate. I really appreciated that Chris answered his phone,personally, whenever I had questions. His crew quickly and thoroughly cleaned and prepared my kitchen for the work that needed to be done. I would recommend this company to anyone.

Originally the insurance company contracted with RF&F to remediate a mold problem. We were so impressed with the people and the work they did that we contracted with them to do an extensive remodel. We couldn’t have been happier with the outcome or the process. The project manager has an eagle eye for detail, and made sure that everything was taken care of beautifully.

Our entire lower level flooded and they were to the rescue. We were in the process of selling our home to make matters worse, with closing a week away! They provided a very reasonable quote and were worth every penny. They had the home completely finished in two days to include: carpet, painting, drywall, cabinetry repair and new baseboards. We just had an excellent experience with Resolution Fire and Flood. They worked with our insurance company to get all the work approved and their crew was awesome. They left everything clean each evening and did an outstanding job. We had new floors, French doors, baseboards, paint, drywall work and then a bathroom re-model and we can't say enough about the quality of work. We obtained 3 bids and Resolution was the only company that was able to get everything accomplished. They are experienced, qualified and easy to work with. The project was also completed in a timely manner, which is so important when your house is torn up. To show you just how much trust we built up them during the process, we had no concerns about their crew working in our house while we were out of town. Resolution Fire & Flood was amazing when we found that our fridge had been leaking and causing mold. They were over in minutes of being called and were very knowledgeable about the situation and how to take care of it. Half of our kitchen had to be removed, cabinets had to be remade and then all put back together. Today you can't tell that anything had been touched. Resolution also dealt with the insurance company which made the process so easy for us. The work was well done in a timely fashion and everything was CLEAN at the end of each day! I highly recommend them!
